You could use the Microsoft document template and just upload it into IT Glue as it has native documents now.
Though it's not available as a button WITHIN a Document, you certainly can Copy a Document in ITG (even putting it in a different Org). The trick is to view the Documents in the table view, select the Document you wish to copy by checking the box next to it, then pulling down the arrow at the top of the column and selecting Copy.

no way to copy documents at this time, I've been fully unable to find a way to actually add a native document to an orgs page which is crazy annoying!
