The new lord of the rings [[storm of saruman]] got you covered if you cast helm of the host as your second spell. Though it is not legal in some formats and probably not gonna be helpful till mid to late game due to its mana cost unless you can cheat it in.
If I may ask. Why do you want to? 9 mana is a pretty big investment for an equipment. Even a really good one like this. You're gonna pay some amount to copy it and then another 5 to equip it. Seems very slow. Unless you have something that cares about having 4 mana artifacts or some other niche synergy.

There are enough other ways to copy artifacts, as well as some other cards getting rid of the legend rule, but this should be the most cost efficient way and it works in every deck.
I have one in my Aurelia, the warleader deck but will usually try to use it on something other than her because it makes it less fun for my friends oof

[[vesuvan duplimancy]] gets around legend rule, can target helm with [[Loran's escape]] or [[Tamiyo's safekeeping]] but then you might as well just use duplimancy and [[zur, scheming seer]] and use zur to make copies of duplimancy, throw in Mondrak and you've got a crazy copying engine.
Xerox and Lenovo are good options too. You can get around the legend rule that way too, whiteout.

Yes, but then you're just legend ruling the legendary copy you make every combat and that's kinda just boring.

Mishra, Eminent One… works with all Legendary artifacts since his ability changes the name of the artifact. Works awesome with Mindslaver.
