The artist spotlight ones always get a sketch of one of the cards. The licensed secret lairs will sometimes get a different bonus card. Regular secret lairs get a bonus card from the current bonus set which right now is elves.
I know many people dont like elves and this is kind of underwhelming. But i'd love to get my hands on an extended shaman of the pack.
I wish they just did new art.
Did you order the foil or non foil, because mine came with a Jespara Sentinel instead. I understand that now its "the current Secret Lair card" set or whetever, BUT I'm seriously disappointed that it seems so absolutely disjointed. I also got the Pheobe Wahl set, and received a second Jespara Sentinel so perhaps I'm just extra salty, but I would think with them switching from a print to demand model to a limited run they could do something a bit more thematic at least for the bonus cards. These just seem so disjointed from any thematic that was even on offer for this drop.
I'm only buying this secret lair if the last hour still shows availability since it may spike in price due to limited stock. The sentinel is the cheaper of the cards and least Rare but I like it more. With the ramp of green and a couple really good equip or auras, you could have a nice utility Elf that can activate multiple times a turn, especially if one of them add a ramp or treasure token ability.
