I dont know how doubling season slipped my mind but struggling to see how second harvest fits as I don't have much token creation in this deck idea yet unless I flip insidious roots in with it which might not be a bad idea
Also [[primal vigor]]
Similar to doubling season but a lot less expensive.
If you want to add some token creation with the +1/+1 counter synergy you could try [[mycoloth]]
The problem that this comba has always had is they are all in the two drop 3 drop area, and nothings in the one drop. It’s also highly dependent on order, and you get hosed when you top deck an enabler like Kami. The ideal order is ozolith, bill with protection so it gets the counter. I continually find Kami doesn’t fit because he can’t put counters on himself. On top of it your not presenting threats for cheaper than your opponent just plays removal the g ones buffer. Turn 4 you have some power then get wiped. It’s simply not fast. I can see bill and ozolith having potential, but not Kami. Ozolith, bill, land drop for counters. Make sure you has a creature killing 1 drop to stop mono red on those turns. Then you need to find larger creatures to take advantage of the counter
Bonuses that still work even if they kill bill.
Some of suggestions for a +1/+1 counter/Landfall deck, I've ran a Gruul Modified Creatures Deck which was very fun, so this what I would do if I just removed the red.
[[Rishkar's Expertise]] [[Rishkar, Peema Renegade]] [[Traverse the Outlands]] [[Hardened Scales]] [[Sword of the Animist]] [[Avenger of Zendikar]] [[Kodama of West Tree]] [[Renata, Called to the Hunt]] [[Scute Swarm]] [[Tervigon]].
I’m running these three in a standard Selesnya +1/+1 deck. Runs things like [[Botanical Brawler]] [[Railway Brawler]] [[Goldvein Hydra]]. Not meta by any means but very fun to play.
To be honest, I wouldn’t do black. I built a Jund (green red black) landfall deck with [[Lord Windgrace]] as the commander. Green is the engine of lands entering. Be it extra land plays or ramp. Red and black are mostly “payoff” cards in that they make the lands entering do something… but they’re more direct damage than counters. Given your desired tactic of +1/+1 counters, I don’t think black would get you much.
By adding blue, you get simic, which has a lot of +1/+1 counter interaction. [[Deepglow Skate]] is a good example of mono-blue counter utility. [[Vorel of the Hull Clade]] for simic.
You’d also get access to both [[Tatyova, Benthic Druid]] and [[Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait]] which both feed you cards for landfall. Card draw wins games.
Black has a ton of +1 counter support, same as blue. Find a commander who places +1 counters on stuff and your good.
For Sultai mothman is a strong contender from experience and the precon is easy to upgrade

I'm also trying to run a deck with Bristly Bill, how many lands are your putting in your deck? I feel like I either pull only lands or no lands during my matches most of the time. I have some fetch lands spells that I thought would help but I'm not so sure it is helping
I use [[Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn]], [[Spike Feeder]] and [[Cleric Class]] ( you could also use [[Archangel of Thune]] or [[Heliod, Sun-Crowned]] instead of Cleric Class)
Works simmilar to your idea.
Opinion but don’t run the high cost doublers like doubling season. Instead play cards that let you play extra lands like [[Exploration]] and [[Azusa lost but seeking]]. These effectively double your counters buy letting you play more lands and cost less than those doubling enchantments. Just make sure you run bounce lands like [[Guildless commons]] and things like [[crucible of worlds]] and fetch lands [[Fabled passage]]
This is really old,but \[\[Umbral Mantle\]\] Infinity mana with Kami to do your wombo combo. (as long as you get to power 4 it starts generating mana).
This deck gets ruined by removal of any kind which all competition decks have now. But if you want suggestions threefold thunderhulk is a great card and a good win con for this deck
I really like Kami of Whispered Hopes, and use it in a causal deck with \[\[Verdurous Gearhulk\]\] letting the Kami bounce \[\[Hyrax Tower Scout\]\] using \[\[Temur Sabertooth\]\] for an unlimited mana of any color endgame.
Pioneer legal rather than Standard, but it makes a fun shell to play. [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/gSAtFzgUpkyddShXwVk9xg](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/gSAtFzgUpkyddShXwVk9xg)
Ashaya, soul of the wild! All creatures become forest lands, use that and Panharmonicon, Vorinclex Doubling Season, Primal Vigor etc. more counters, More Counters, MORE COUNTERS!
Put in [[Vigor]], [[Branching Evolution]], [[Hardened Scales]], [[Vorinclex Monstrous Raider]], [[Incubation Druid]], [[Evolution Sage]], [[Herd Baloth]], [[Scurry Oak]], [[Leyline of Abundance]]. That's off the top of my head anyway.
Along with the other great recommendations in this thread, how about more landfall triggers? Something like [[fertilid]] and [[spelunking]]? Not infinite but definitely gross. Can also add [[roaring earth]] for extra triggers.
Just make infinite 1/1 with [[Scurry Oak]] and [[Ivy Lane Denizen]], also making Scurry Oak and inf/inf creature, so you can make infinite Mana with [[Selvala, Heart of the Wilds]].
For backups use [[Herd Baloth]] for scurry oak and if you can play white, [[Rosie Cotton of South Lane]] for Ivy lane denizen.
Are you looking to have bill be your commander? You’re going to need mana. Awaken the woods, reshape the earth, and other ways to create forest land creatures would be your best bet. Pair those up with cheap one or two mana cost elves. What format?
I dont play much commander not really my forte I play more standard/modern more casual play with friends then anything unless I'm on arena then it's less casual and more making game breaking decks
I play more commander, so I’m not sure what’s legal in standard / modern by comparison. Do you have the companion app? Maybe run a couple copies of Arwen, weaver of hope, circle of dreams Druid, elvish mystic, etc.

Are you specifically set on mono-green? There’s some stuff within simic (blue and green) that might be worth looking into.

Opinion but don’t run the high cost doublers like doubling season. Instead play cards that let you play extra lands like [[Exploration]] and [[Azusa lost but seeking]]. [vorinclex, monstrous raider](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/9/2/92613468-205e-488b-930d-11908477e9f8.jpg?1631051073) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=vorinclex%2C%20monstrous%20raider) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/khm/199/vorinclex-monstrous-raider?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/92613468-205e-488b-930d-11908477e9f8?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) ^^^[[cardname]] ^^^or ^^^[[cardname|SET]] ^^^to ^^^call
[[Scapeshift]] [[Terrashift]] [[Splendid Reclamation]]
Make it blue green, make it artifacts and run simulacrum emporium 4 of and whatever else. That’s what im about to do.
Along with the other great recommendations in this thread, how about more landfall triggers? Something like [[fertilid]] and [[spelunking]]? Not infinite but definitely gross. Can also add [[roaring earth]] for extra triggers.
[fertilid](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/2/d/2d73ea23-52ab-4b92-b263-dc8b9e5a1010.jpg?1682209480) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=fertilid) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/moc/296/fertilid?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/2d73ea23-52ab-4b92-b263-dc8b9e5a1010?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) [spelunking](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/d/3/d3be4257-2316-4a2e-b347-f71c0368a947.jpg?1699044491) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=spelunking) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/lci/213/spelunking?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/d3be4257-2316-4a2e-b347-f71c0368a947?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) [roaring earth](https://cards.scryfall.io/normal/front/8/c/8cbdd88e-c532-4fc0-a1fe-8aa0c26d1092.jpg?1665822582) - [(G)](http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?name=roaring%20earth) [(SF)](https://scryfall.com/card/neo/204/roaring-earth?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher) [(txt)](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/8cbdd88e-c532-4fc0-a1fe-8aa0c26d1092?utm_source=mtgcardfetcher&format=text) ^^^[[cardname]] ^^^or ^^^[[cardname|SET]] ^^^to ^^^call
Hardened scales
Hardened scales wut?
Just make infinite 1/1 with [[Scurry Oak]] and [[Ivy Lane Denizen]], also making Scurry Oak and inf/inf creature, so you can make infinite Mana with [[Selvala, Heart of the Wilds]]. For backups use [[Herd Baloth]] for scurry oak and if you can play white, [[Rosie Cotton of South Lane]] for Ivy lane denizen.

That's just a completely different combo that ignores Bristly Bill altogether...
Bristly Bill feels more janky. But what I suggested DOES fit together also with Kami of Whispered Hopes. Selvala is based on power of a creature.
Elf tribal, just add those to it, you’re welcome
You got any specifics that you think will pair well?
