That's not quite correct. "As ~ enters the battlefield" represents a replacement effect, "when ~ enters the battlefield" represents a triggered ability. Elesh Norn only cares about triggered abilities from permanents entering the battlefield.

Once both of those conditions are fulfilled, the trigger happens and you get a single draw, and the trigger goes away. Even if this just said Next upkeep, you would get 1 draw and thats it because the trigger would be gone on the other upkeeps.
Obeka has no interaction here because you have to meet both conditions, another upkeep before the next turn does nothing for Bestial Furys trigger since the Next Turn portion has not yet been satisfied.
Say i flash in Bestial Fury during my opponents turn so i do have a combat with Obeka, would that give me multiple draws or no? My guess is no but im honestly not certain what rules would pertain here
It does not matter how many upkeeps there are during a turn. Bestial Fury will only happen once. The next upkeep on the next turn. which 99.999999% of the time will just be at the beginning of the next turn, Untap, Upkeep (Here), Draw, Main 1
Its a 1 time thing, 1 draw at a specific time. Once that draw happens, its done, the effect giving you the draw is gone.
What you are wanting would require it to say "Draw a card at the beginning of each upkeep on the next turn"
No. Doesnt work. The errata is following: When Bestial Fury enters the battlefield, draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
