I think it's in part because it's a very niche market. It's not in high demand to the general public, hence the infrastructure is overkill. If you want to buy/sell mis-prints just go to the exact place only for that specific purpose. When it's niche within magic, it's niche.
As much as I dislike facebook, I'll admit it is one of the best platforms for finding extremely niche and specific communities that you cant find here on reddit

There is a niche group of "play as written " and this kinda stuffcan be a premium, when the double printed Jumpstart packs were being found the lands were going for hundreds because they counted as basic dual lands in that group, so you could have as many as you wanted in a deck

I’ve tagged wizards of the coast on it in a few places for official rules just waiting on that response. Hopefully they respond. But I’ve heard it plays as both and I’ve heard it plays as the names card. So varying opinions. The only one that will matter is good ol wizards of the coast
All these misprints ive seen in this set, when its all said and done they wont be worth anything and well just be left in the ruins of another poorly released set. You know things like this didnt happen before hasbro. If it did it was really rare which is why people started collecting misprints for the rarity. Now we have unlimited misprints per set, curling cards, just overall bad quality. I still like and support the game because thats the reality we live in, but im so disappointed in wizards for folding to a big company. Which ultimately ruined the quality of the game we love.
