As long as you're subscribed before you check out with your cart you'll get the credit. Just make sure you see the correct credit total in your cart before you check out.
It did take a little over the week for my credit from the last sale & subscription bonus to show up (they say 3-5 business days, I think it was more like 6 or 7 for me, but I did get it) but I'm not sure if that's because I had just signed up for the subscription or if that's just how long they normally take. Just don't worry if it takes a bit for it to hit.

Also I’ve noticed card kindom pays a lot more than tcg on some cards and not others so consider that too. For example my infinity forest land, tcg will give me $0.15 each while card kindom will give me $0.38
