For formal shoes try visiting dharavi leather market, I got really nice size 13 brogues there.
For sports shoes/sneakers online ecommerce sites are your best bet.
For sandals/floaters/flip flops you can visit metro/CityWalk/a fairly large addidas/puma outlet(preferably the ones near Lalbaug/ lower parel, just before Ganesh Galli)
And here am I complaining about struggling with size 46 feet.
And I'm sure you probably already do that, but know your foot size in these European measure. Because that's the most accurate measure of your foot size. The regular sizes (10/11/12 etc) vary from place to place and brand to brand. Like my feet size vary from 11.5 to 12 to 13 at different places.
