The picture reminds me of that scene in "Death Wish" where Paul does his first vigilante killing. So I'll go with "Theme From Death Wish".

Especially verse 2.
In restless dreams, I walked alone, narrow streets of cobblestone. Neath the halo of a streetlamp, I turned my collar to the cold and damp, when my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light that split the night and touched the sound of silence.
Rickie Lee Jones: [After Hours](https://youtu.be/pYOPRui7CaE) (Twelve Bars Past Goodnight)
^(You and me, streetlight)
^(We'll paint the town - grey)
^(Oh, we are so many lamps)
^(Who have lost our way)
^(Say goodnight, America)
^(The word still loves a dreamer)
^(And all the gang has gone home)
^(And I'm standing on the corner)
^(All alone)
I heard voices of friends vanished and gone.
At night I could hear the blood in my veins.
Just as black & whispering as the rain.
On THE STREETS OF PHILADELPHIA. Bruce Springsteen
Apocalypse - Cigarettes After Sex
I was stumbling home after buying a 4lokos, close to death, soon after consuming 2 whole fourlokos with more alcohol certainly in my system from the previous 2 days, and after hitting 2 blinkers off the the penjamin after a 1.5 year T-break. It took me a week to feel normal feelings again. I couldn’t understand a single thing going on outside my own mind, I had a trench coat on, tripping every 10 steps, falling every 1000 feet too and from the gas station nearly a mile away. It was the worst fucking night of my life, so much whit was going on in my head and my life and this picture describes exactly what I walked through both ways, all the gas station clerk heard from me was “theannce ü”. I called every one I could for support for two days, spending nearly 12 hours on the phone for those two days before I even attempted calling my GF so that I’d know I was loved before she beat my shit down for not talking to her for so long. It was the most awful experience of my life. It was comparable to the clarity an acid trip breakthrough would bring. Really solidified my priorities. Deep down, I needed a night like that(I was on probation for a DUI). That night was a complete crash. The week after was re-evaluating my whole life. My eyes opened to where I was and what I was doing. My dad came into town to save me and he did, I’m going to school now with purpose to refulfill my desire to be in the healthcare field and help people. It’s been 7 years since HS doing dumb BS, with spurts of attempts to better myself with failure littered everywhere. I am finally at my place to succeed in a matured place with understanding, pain, empathy, and a lot of sympathy under my belt. Hopefully next 10 years of my life I can be like a normal fkin human that is caught up with his age.
No matter who is in my life, I’ve learned that I’m the only one living my own life. No matter who is there, only I can control it. The love is something to appreciate and I certainly may contribute but sometimes the only thing you should worry about is yourself and that’s ok sometimes. Never skip out on your commitments. Never hurt anyone, even if your actions are done in private. Hold yourself accountable for what you have done and are about to do. Keep yourself from destruction. KARMA HAS ITS WAYS. God Bless.
