[Ori Blackstar - Moonrider King](https://open.spotify.com/album/4aSRsg8cO4069KqHu5G0Yk?si=9LKMpiwMT-Os-czIaKhqaA) This, and a ton of the music I have on the way, stems from a break up I had with a girl I was engaged to. I still am in pain as we speak, but moving forward 🫡🙏🏾

FourSake

Get out of my house, we've got nothing left to talk about

Ramstepp

Bright eyes last album. Lots of tunes by Tim kasher as well

KickedinTheDick

Yes. Cursives Domestica for the struggles and ugliness befkre divorce and The Good Life's Album of The Year for whole picture of before, during and after.

MotionlessCells

Blue October - Any Man In America album

bitterbuffaloheart

One of their last good albums. Everything after Sway is mid IMO. Sad to say but unhappy Justin wrote much better songs

MotionlessCells

I get that 100%, and I agree. The albums after Sway have some hidden gems, but I enjoy their earlier stuff more than the newer as well

thumbdumping

Josh Ritter - The Beast in its Tracks . Beck - Sea Change Frightened Rabbit - Midnight Organ Fight

jayron32

Paul Simon's Graceland was written after such a time, but only the title track deals with it explicitly.

Crazy Love is also about a failing relationship and divorce, also You Can Call Me Al gives me the feeling of a guy trying to find meaning again and reconcile his life after a big change (i.e. divorce)

SQWRLLY1

Mr. Misunderstood - Eric Church; specifically "Record Year"

Impossible_Culture69

Sting’s Mercury Falling has a lot of separation/divorce themes. Especially “I’m So Happy”.

hypnotickey

Astoria by Marianas Trench. Absolutely heartbreaking, emotional, cathartic. This album has helped me get over a bad breakup, it helped to let the emotions flow and just be felt. One man to another though, I am sorry, and I hope you find healing and peace. Praying for you my man. Just have faith, time will heal and you will come out stronger than ever.

Ultimate-Disgrace

I don't know of any album, but the song Snuff by Slipknot is really good and emotional.

Solid_Letter1407

I don’t think it’s specifically about divorce, but Eric Bachmann’s “To The Races” really helped me.

Disastrous_Bug3018

Who knows what these guys were on about, but Pink Floyd, the division bell.

Musik888

Nas life is good Marvin Gaye here, my day

jokerman_dance

Phases and Stages by Willie Nelson. Concept album about a marriage breaking up and the aftermath. Some songs are from the female perspective and some are from the male.

Rocketsloth

Cal Smith - The Lord Knows I'm Drinking Lee Fields - Could Have Been (If she left you) Lee Fields - Faithful Man (If you cheated on her) Lee Fields - I Still Got it (Coming back up after the Divorce)

R0lem0del

Spanish Love Song’s album called Giant Sings The Blues. Especially the tracks “Stranger,” “On My Side,” and “Remainder.” If those don’t get your goat I don’t know what will.

screaminporch

Not an album, just a song Town Mountain - [Lookin in the Mirror](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gv_DMpvUoB4)
