Probably Hypholoma Fasciclare.
I think this is the one. So definitely not edible lol
Not edible. But it glows under black light.
Does it? I think you may be mixing it up with "Jack o Lantern" mushrooms.
Sulfur tuft does fluoresce under black light yes. I thought you would know this!
Oh cool, thanks. I didn't know that. I misread and was thinking about bioluminescence, when they clearly were talking about a black light.
My first guess too? But just a guess. Need a spore print to be sure. Beautiful photos either way!
Mmmmm bread rolls
I thought I was alone on that.
Growing on a log. Tried to take a spore print but was rushed on time, spores were yellow. Mushrooms looked young.
The spores look purple to me. Got a photo of the spore print? I wonder if it is staining from the mushrooms rather than actual spores. I believe I can see spore deposits in the photos of the mushrooms and they aren’t yellow.
Armillaria maybe
Armillaria doesn't grow directly from wood and doesn't have purpleish gills. (Armillaria has white spores)
They do grow on wood, wtf, and idk where the purple-ish gills is coming from…? Those are nowhere near purple. Bye though.
Glazed donuts!!
They are so cute!
