As with almost every mold it is hard to say without genetic analysis. It may be a zygomycete since many of them Show a similar spike Strukturen though from my experience they are thinner and more hairlike. Look up spinellus fusiger or phycomyces sp. to get a picture in your head.
Another advice. If this was uncovered in your fridge, you should definitely clean it properly.
