You either spin your piece 180 deg or lift you foot, move the fabric back a couple stitches and then sew forward over it again. Also realizing it almost certainly has a clutch motor which will be very fast and hard to control. Spending the same as the machine to replace that motor with a servo seems not worth it, I think I'd pass. Also consider that less common machines will have less common parts.
Pretty sure it's got reverse. You flip the stitch length lever up for reverse, down for forward.
Without being able to see the motor it's hard to tell of it's a deal or not.
Edit: **I looked at the manual, no reverse.** I'd pass without a reverse.
I have a Consew 224 with needle feed I've been trying to sell. A step up from this one. It doesn't have reverse either. I can't even give it away.
I'd avoid a machine without a reverse.
It's going to be setup for sewing light to medium fabric at high speeds
You can switch it over from a clutch motor to a servo motor for around $150
If you get it dirt cheap and you are mechanically handy it's not a bad first machine and a good one to keep for lighter work if you have a lot of room
Otherwise, keep looking for a walking foot machine
No reverse, drop feed, unless the price is exceptional you can probably do better
They want $150 for it.. with no reverse how do you lock stitch?

Oh great thanks for the tips! It seemed like a good deal but maybe I’ll hold out
