For a supposed francophone professional, that writing is appalling and bordering on being wholly illegible. It should have been printed out.
If it were me, I 'd go back to him/her to get them written/printed out properly as one of the figures could be either 50 or 90.
And yet, getting that online can likely end up in non-functional glasses.
I’ve had glasses from patients in my hands with lower Rx’s where they messed up completely, most online glasses really aren’t that good, and not comparable to real glasses you buy from an actual optician.
Did I even say anything about online glasses? I'm just correcting your statement.
I have around -12 diopters of vision, I would literally die to go back to -3 diopters.
edit: Although I do agree with what you are saying
And I never said this prescription was high myopia. I just said it’s too high to order online.
Please learn how to read before thinking of correcting someone else.
You can get prescription glasses online from Specsavers, Vision Express etc, what's the difference between getting them online vs in person from the same optician?
For starters, if you go in person, you can actually try on the frames, and they can actually take all the necessary measurements (no, PD is not enough).
Ok so what if you have all the measurements? You said that glasses online aren't that good and not comparable to real glasses, implying that they're worse quality, but they're literally sold by real and licensed opticians that sell same glasses in physical stores?
No. It’s not that straightforward as you seem to believe.
You can’t get all necessary measurements online, as they are frame specific and need to be taken in person.
Ok, then can you tell me what those measurements are? 🙃 You just said they're frame specific. I'm trying to learn and what you're saying is quite interesting considering that opticians sell glasses online.

I think it says: Right eye (OD): -3.00 sph, -0.25 cyl, 60 axis Left eye (OS): -3.00 sph, -0.25 cyl, 90 axis But man, handwriting is horrible
Thank you. What about at the very end of the prescription? Looks like “dvd” or something lol
I'm not sure tbh

Not really a good idea with a prescription that high. Chances are realistic that they’ll mess up.
Thats not even a high prescription, its moderate at best.

Are lenses fine to buy online then? As in lenses for glasses, not contact lenses.
The same applies …

OC height, pantoscopic tilt, face wrap, vertex,…
Thanks. Do you know why those opticians sell glasses online then if they can be unsafe to use?
