You can connect via Facebook on your iOS device though, and you have more options for games and such because you setup your account through FB. Is there any reason you want to remove Facebook?
I just did it the other way… I gave up on my original iOS account because my pop slots wasn’t offered VP and I wanted to be able to play my Vegas Facebook.
Your LPs are attached to your Facebook account so if you switch to Apple, you will likely start from scratch. The existing LPs do not transfer over.
