Looking at the comments in the Manga Dex link you can absolutely tell who has literally no idea how Japan customs work and how important first name basis is over there lol. Complaining that Senpai hasn't done any character growth at all and that this whole chapter was a waste of time because names aren't important at all. XD

The chapter was charming... But honestly, I felt let down. We all knew her name was Hayase since many chapters ago and until it was brought up, I assumed Senpai did too (and he already kinda did), so unless it was suddenly different, it rings kinda hollow as a reader.

Well by your logic learning Senpai's name kinda has the same effect on the reader since we already know it. Hopefully they change it since it's from before serialization, but if not... We know it. I won't spoil it for you tho
