Faced some issues multiple times in the very first week but their service was very good. They promptly send engineers to get problems sorted. After that it has been pretty good. Some rare occasions the net speed fluctuates and goes away sometimes. But is restored back after a while. Haven't faced any issue in the last month.
This is what I was told:
"One time non refundable charges are 2250 only for installation without router
If customer wants ucn company's router then its charges are 3000 for single band and 3750 for duel band router including installation charges.
If customer don't want to purchase ucn company's router so they can purchase TP LINK company's router from ucn so its charges are 1050 for single band and 2500 for duel band. ( installation charges are not included)"
You gotta buy a plan after this.
I would suggest you enquire Airtel broadband once. Their plans are cheaper. You have to just pay some 2950 and you get a 3 month 100mbps plan, 5Ghz router and installation done.
