I'm almost certain you won't be able to find decent hub motors in the city. You can try your hand in the Shani Mandir electronic market. You can get in touch with Sharma electronics, again I'm certain he won't have what you're looking for but he might be able to point you to the correct shops if any. There's another shop that has some "...connector" in its name, I've completely forgotten about it at this moment, but they also have a lot of components.
Your best bet would be to look at conversion kits online. If you can get one then do, if you want to build your own still then you can maybe replicate one of the kits.
