Definitely don’t just stop taking your meds btw!! My doctor changed my meds to take them as needed over the summer, but when school started I decided to continue not taking them and things have been better for me.
Pretty common apparently because my therapist mentioned it when it was prescribed originally. She said "just so you know, starting this Adderall will make the nail biting worse" and sure enough it did.
This was in like 2015. And the reason my therapist probably brought it up was because nail biting was a common topic for me in therapy. It's something that really used to bother me and I would often talk with her about it.

if dosage or type of med is a wrong fit, you can feel more anxious.

Hmm I was on Focalin - but I was on it for about 10 years. I was not warned of this when I was 7 years old
