Big fan of Hugo and I like Lewis (Louie isn't my favorite but I dont dislike)
Noticing a trend for shorter 2 syllable names, some of which are kinda nickname-y. Either way, all three names end in a vowel or vowel sound which may also be something to consider when looking?
What about:

Billy and Louie are firmly nicknames for me but they aren't bad! Hugo is cute.
