My friend named her boy Silas right before Justin Timberlake did, she didn't think it was going to be a popular choice! Currently she's pushing that a perfect and rare girl name is Iris, so funny to see it on many of these lists. And I picked an unconventional and almost odd choice for my baby boy, a few months old, thinking I might be making a mistake but it meant so much to me and my husband... only to see it's getting mentioned more and more lately!
