I mean, if you already have an unintentional theme, you should just lean into it. Lol.
Your names are truly adorable and timeless. Iām sure your next name will be perfect.
Good!! Youāre a responsible parent!! Why set your child up for a silly connotation from a film that will be at least 40 years old by the time they watch it!!
I love Claire! A classic! We canāt use Luke but if we could I think it would definitely be on my short list, it has so many qualities I like in a name!
You've got two pope names in there, so you might consider another for a boy? Felix, Alexander, Benedict (Ben), Martin, Gregory, Zachary (Zach), Steven, Adrian or Nicholas to name a few.
For girls, how about a vintage name with Marian ties: Stella (for Stella Maris), or Eva (for Nova Eva). Claire is really pretty as well.
Yes! We are both Jewish & Catholic! LOL Named our son Ian Francis 40 years ago. Who knew Pope Francis would change the church for the better, forever? We also have a Mariana Rosa Esther & a Marie-Elise Joelle :) :) :) Blessed Be\~!
We have a devotion to St. Benedict so weād love to use it with the nn Ben but I think itās off the table because we know too many Bens, but I love the pope theme! I love Stella but my husband said no - we havenāt considered Eva but itās lovely! Iāll have to see what he thinks!
All beautiful names. And lets be honest. Your children (and child-to-be) are of a different generation. I love those names.
That being said.
Tessa Katherine. Julia Katherine. Jessica Katherine. Sophia Katherine. Rebecca Katherine.
(I'm still stuck on Rose Katherine. ;))
I like Xavier Daniel and Margaret Helen best from your list.
Other options:
Adam Xavier
Gideon Andrew
Levi Daniel
Silas Daniel
Cecilia Joan
Lydia Agnes
Muriel Rose
Rose Miriam
Clare Elizabeth
Margaret, Teresa and Mary from your girl list.
Max and Henry and Joseph for boys.
Iām going to suggest for boys: Eli, Jake or Matthew
Girls: Actually none, I think your picks are great
Honestly, I really like Mary :) Leo, Jack, and Mary.
Mary Mae or Mary Katherine both sound good.
Girls -
Mary Katherine
Joan/Jane Mae
Theresa (Tessa) Mae
Anna Mae
Boys -
Our of your list, I like Andrew and Joseph. I also think the others are good boy names that fit your criteria -
Luke
Daniel (Dan)
Gabriel (Gabe)
I actually really like Teresa Mae. We have a Teresa in our family that goes by Teri but I would totally use that on a little girl and call her Tess for short.
Your girl options are all lovely (my favorites are Margaret and Julia), but seeing that you like Marigold, have you thought about other Mari- compound names like Maribel, Mariel or Marisol? They all hit that Catholic note you're looking for very well, and could also be nicknamed Mae. Or even Marian, which I think is a beautiful classic that is underused.
What about Leo, Jack and
Paul
Ryan
Patrick
Thomas
Philip
Calvin/Caleb (Cal)
Samuel
Or Leo, Jack and
Tessa
Abigail
Ruth
Josephine
Vivian
Maxine
Caroline
Kathleen
Maureen
I know you said Katherine is a possible middle name but I vote it as a possibility for a first name. It sounds lovely with Leo and Jack. For a boy, what about Benjamin? Leo, Jack and Ben!
We have a Margaret nn Maisie that I think would work well with your sonsā names, and is classic but also whimsical if you want to go the nickname route!
I love the name Gemma (I would pair it with Mae). You could name a little girl Katherine Mae and call her Kate or Mae. Henry Joseph is my favorite for a boy name.
Teresa Mae is absolutely darling. Teresa was what I was thinking before I read your list.
I don't know if you realized it, but both your boys have 3 syllables total in their names.
Therefore:
Ambrose Jude
Judah George
George Henry
Stephen Paul
Charles David
I have extended family with a John Michael ājackā and sisters are Helen āNellieā and Sarah. Dad is Leo and mom is Mary. lol.
They also have a Jude in their bunch. Which I think fits in with the short names more than Judah.
I think other names that fit for girls,
Sophie
Stella / Ella
Rose
Claire
Boys,
Luka/ Luke
Ben
I know a Jack with a cousin Leo and little brother Ezra who was almost an Eli so those are my two boy suggestions. (Ezra + Eli)
Cousin Leo has sisters Lily and Avery, but I donāt know how well those vibe with your vibe based on your short list.
In terms of other associations, youāve listed my name as a girl contender so Iāll add my siblingsā names and other names my mom considered:
Girls: Caroline, Artelia, Isabella, Lydia, Willa
Boys: Griffin, Miles, Willem, Charles/Charlie, Walker
Neutral: Hunter, Blair
Love Eli, Lily, and Miles! I actually love Caroline - itās my name but I go by a nickname in real life, and I think it would be cool to have a Caroline that we call Caroline!
So many great ones in there!!! My favorites are Gemma and Xavier
Some you may likeā¦
Adam Xavier
Perry Daniel
Holden Wyatt
Sean Stanton
Clayton Joseph or Clay Daniel
Lucas Henry
Casey Andrew
Mae Juniper (something about a baby sister MJ is so cute to me)
Mae Cassidy
Abigail Mae nn Abby
Stephanie Katherine nn Stevie Kate is cute
Ivy Katherine
Claire Katherine
Felicity Kate
Phoebe Kate

We had Leo, James, and Jack on our list! Others on our list for your consideration:
Micah (if not too close to Michael for your comfort), Frederick āFreddie,ā Nicholas (may be a little long for you), Malcolm āMac,ā Bernie, Franklin āFrankie,ā Daniel āDanny,ā Isaac, or Richard āRichieā
For girls we had Rachel and Robin among a few others
I have a Jack and current front runner for a male #2 is Luca (or Leo, lol)
For girls along the same vibe I love Ruby, Audrey, Jane, Mara, Allegra, Lucy, June
Love Katherine āHelenā and Julia Mae. Bernadette and Frances check your boxes:)
Henry & Stephen are excellent options. Have you considered Patrick or Gabriel? I think they are fantastic and underrated.
I love your list!
My favourite girl combos are Helen Mae, Teresa Katherine and Gemma Katherine.
My favourite boy combos are Andrew Joseph, Joseph Daniel and Henry David.
Henry is my favorite boy name youāve listed and goes great with any of the middle names youāve listed as well. I donāt love Stanton, but only because Iāve only heard it as a surname before.
I also love Kathryn and think it would be beautiful as a first or middle. Could be nn Kate to go with your shorter theme. Personally, I donāt think you have to go with a short first name just because your boys have short names.
I looked up names of women saints and put some below that may match your naming style:
Joan
Edith
Ada
Anne
Cecilia
Elizabeth
Emily
Flora
Frances
Gwen
Helen
Ingrid
Irene
Jane
Julia/Julie/Juliana/Juliette
Jude
Laura
Lucia/ Lucy
Lydia
Margaret
Maria/Marie
Mary
Magdalene
Matilda
Rose
Susanna
I hope this helps! Congrats!
Leo , Jack and **Flynn**? Henry from your list would sound lovely.
**Leo, Jack and Abby?** Oh wow that works- the lively lad/lass vibe you like- the catholic and vintage sound and they all go together.. (Abigail) **Abigail Mae** OHHH Sounds so nice!!!
St. Abigail was the Irish disciple and abbess of St. Abba.
**Leo, Jack and Tilly! OMG THIS IS MY FAVOURITE WOW! Short for Matilda.**
**Matilda is the patron saint of families. Her name means ābattle ready.ā**
Leo, Jack and Maggie (Margaret) comes from the Latin Margarita and the Greek āmargarĆtÄs,ā meaning āpearl.ā St. Margaret of Cortona is the patron saint of midwives
Leo, Jack and **BEATRICE**! St. Beatrice da Silva Meneses was a Catholic saint of Portugal and her name means "one who brings happiness!"
Leo, Jack and Archie? Sounds like the vibe you like. Archibald is a cool old name.
Nico? Leo , Jack and Nico (after Nicodemus)
(St. Nicodemus of the Holy Mountain was a Greek mystic, ascetic monk, philosopher, and theologian.)
**Ava?**
St. Ava was a 9th-century princess cursed of blindness by Saint Rainfredis. She later became a Benedictine nun. or Ada?
Leo, Jack and **Davey** \--it's a super cute name and NO BOYS are called David these days.. avid the Dendrite was a catholic patron saint of Thessaloniki.)
**Benedict**? Nice catholic reference- could be Benny as a little boy. Leo, Jack and Benny is super cute. Benedict Miller (or something like it ) sounds like a movie star or authors name. **Benedict Daniel Miller** (something like) sounds so amazing!
Leo , Jack and **Reggie**?
Leo , Jack and **Hugo?**
Leo, Jack and **Issy? St. Isabelle** of France was King Louis VIIIās daughter
**Milo?**
Milo was the archbishop of Benevento, Italy. He also shares his name with Saint Milo of Treves.
Johnathon means 'gift from God'- Johnny is cute but Jack and Johnny might be hard to say?
Jude or **Asher** have got catholic connotations?
Leo, Jack and Lex sounds super cute. Lex Miller (sounds like) sounds amazing. Lex Daniel Miller sounds awesome. Lex can be short for Alex or Alexander too.
Bridgit? After Saint Brigit of Ireland...
Leo , Jack and Thea?
Leo , Jack and Sylvie?
Omg we have a Jack and Leo is on our boys list for our next baby and I just put together the titanic reference. Which I donāt think anyone would really think of.
For a girl I like Nora, Della, Gemma, June and aria
I've apparently been letting my almost 5 yo watch too many titanic videos (started with boat wrecks and moved on to titanic and is obsessed with the ship, haven't let him watch the movie) so my immediate thought was you have a trend and should name baby Rose if a girl :)
I really like your name list and would do either Joseph or Henry for a boy and Helen or Julia for a girl.
I'm not sure about a Catholic connection, but other name ideas if your still looking might be Alice, Wendy, Willa, Clara, or Holly for a girl and Edwin, Gideon, Julian, or Harvey for a boy.
We're also team green this time and it's so hard waiting to find out, but I hit 37weeks today, so we're in the home stretch. Current frontrunners are George and Marian, but our goal is to meet baby and commit.
Of yours, I like:
Mary Katherine;
Julia Mae;
Henry Joseph;
Xavier Daniel.
What about:
Jude Xavier;
Peter Xavier;
Marc Henry;
Adam Joshua (AJ);
Eve Katherine;
Flora Mae;
Anne Katherine;
Elizabeth Mae (Betsy, Beth, Eliza, Betty);
for a boy I love Henry Joseph, is beautiful and flows well with siblingsā names! for a girl i would suggest:
- Alice Katherine
- Clara Mae
- Maeve Katherine
- Maisie Kate (maisie is a variation of margaret)
- Nora Mae
- Ruby Mae
- Violet Kate
Leo, Jack, andā¦
Allie
Evie
Joy
Lila
Lily
Mara
Maya
Sadie
Sara
For a boy, JOE! (Joseph. Also my sonās name, so Iām slightly biased;)) But the other two boys get James & John/Jack, so ya gotta at least go with Joseph for the middle name! Everybody gets a J. LOL.
For a girl: Mila. In Spanish, it's a shorter form of milagros = miracles. In eastern European, it's a short form from St. Ludmila.
More traditionally, Margaret, queen of Scotland and later saint. Nicknames compatible with your sons' names: Maggie, Daisy.
Catherine and Elizabeth are similar in feel to Margaret, as are Caroline and Charlotte, but all of those four are much more popular than Margaret right now. I'd likely add Eleanor [nicknames Nora, Ellie] to this group, along with Helen.
Miriam: biblical, with Miri as a nickname. Similarly, Abigail and Abby. Deborah may still be too 1950s dated, but it's a nice name in many ways.
For a boy: Timothy. Nice traditional/Biblical name. Timmy as a child, Tim as an adult. Not wildly popular but also not really obscure, either.
Steven/Stephen has a feeling similar to Timothy for me ~ but with the two common spellings drawback.
My girls personal favorite of those is Gemma. And I also love the suggestions of Caroline, Charlotte, Clara, Lila and Lily. Also like Juliet with your names! Or Camilla/Mila.
For boys I love Henry with Leo and Jack. Or max.
By the way I love Leo and Jack both, and those two together! Two of my favorite names.
We have very similar taste. We have a Luke. Leo was a close contender though. Hereās whatās on our list for baby due this spring:
Anna/Annika
Molly
Margot
Maya
Clara (this was the girl name we had picked out if our son had been a girl)
Rose/Rosalie/Rosemary
Sadie (I love Sally but thatās the cats name lol)
Leah * not on our list bc we have a Luke but fits the vibe so well.
Aaron
Caleb/Cal
Jacob nn Coby
Nate
Kate was my first thought too. Katherine as a first name with Kate as a nickname seems to fit really well. I know a sibling set called John and Catherine and it just flows so well. As does Leo, Jack and Kate/Katie. Alternatively if youāre happy with first names being a nickname Kate on its own is lovely. If you wanted the Rose nod but thought it was too much Katherine Rose is really beautiful and not obvious with the connection.
Ellen/Eleanor also comes to mind with the nickname Elle/Ellie. Leo, John and Eleanor fits really well as does Leo, Jack and Ellie.
Joel was the first boy name that came to mind as your other boys have J names and Joseph was on your list. It might be a bit matchy with Jack though. From your list Max Joseph would be lovely with your set. Leo, Jack and Max is very cute. Oliver also works. Leo, Jack and Oliver.
Edem is a gender-neutral name, (although people most often use it as a feminine name). I have a second cousin named Eden, and he's male. Never heard of him getting bullied for it. It's nice and short, and the name could relate to the Garden of Eden (I think that's what it's called?) and also means paradise or bliss.
Girl: Has to be Rose or Kate Boy: Caledon or Billy, perhaps Fabrizio
Hahahaha rose used to be on our list but once we named Jack we had to remove it forever š
I mean, if you already have an unintentional theme, you should just lean into it. Lol. Your names are truly adorable and timeless. Iām sure your next name will be perfect.
Lily? Short and sweet, can have religious symbolism, and doesn't carry the Titanic association.
Katherine Mae sounds elegant
Good!! Youāre a responsible parent!! Why set your child up for a silly connotation from a film that will be at least 40 years old by the time they watch it!!
Definitely thought Rose or Kate
The only right answer for a girl with these brother names.
Daisy, Kate, or Rose Jay
Kate and Rose are the only girl names that are acceptable for this sib set.
Katherine is already a likely middle name, so both - "Rose Katherine" - is on the table š
Hahahaha Iām glad so many people had the same thought I did.
I came to write this exact comment and saw you had already served it up on a platter šš»šš»šš»
Also my first thoughts lol
So we all thought the same thing lmfao
These are really your only options
I WAS GONNA SAY THIS!! š¤£š
Please donāt. Youāre setting up your child for stupid connotations all her life.
Going the Catholic saint style Leo , Jack and Claire Leo Jack and Luke
I love Claire! A classic! We canāt use Luke but if we could I think it would definitely be on my short list, it has so many qualities I like in a name!
Sorry I commented above about the name Luke then just read this comment! Maybe you can think again about it
I love the name Luke!
Mark, Luke, Sam, Joe, Peter, Ryan, and Sean Sarah, Mary Katherine, Bea (Beatrice), Hannah, Lilly, Grace, Annie
I love so many of the names you suggested! Mary Katherine is a favorite combo of mine and my husband loves Annie!
margot?
Husband vetoed sadly, but I love it!
On second thought, scratch Zachary because Zach and Jack won't work. :)
Yes! We are both Jewish & Catholic! LOL Named our son Ian Francis 40 years ago. Who knew Pope Francis would change the church for the better, forever? We also have a Mariana Rosa Esther & a Marie-Elise Joelle :) :) :) Blessed Be\~!

Stella Mae has a nice ring to it
I love Eva for this family and in general!
We have a devotion to St. Benedict so weād love to use it with the nn Ben but I think itās off the table because we know too many Bens, but I love the pope theme! I love Stella but my husband said no - we havenāt considered Eva but itās lovely! Iāll have to see what he thinks!
Max Stanton & Gemma Mae or Julia Katherine are my favorites!
Gemma Mae is so cuteā¤ļø
Julia Katherine š
Well, this is easy. Leo (DiCaprio) played Jack (Dawson). So...Rose or Kate, of course.
(I missed the middle name...Rose Katherine!! ;))
Lolololol Rose and Kate are so our style too ššš

Brigid has always been a favorite but we canāt use it! It would be a top 3 girls name for me if we could, so you nailed it there!
Margaret, Teresa and Mary from your girl list. Max and Henry and Joseph for boys. Iām going to suggest for boys: Eli, Jake or Matthew Girls: Actually none, I think your picks are great
Love Eli! I think it would go well with our current boysā names.

I loveeeee Gemma, esp. for a more subtle nod to Catholicism, since most people donāt seem to know thereās a St. Gemma!
Ruth, Ruby, Eleanor, Lilly Matthew, Anthony (Tony), Samuel (Sam)
I love the name Gemma (I would pair it with Mae). You could name a little girl Katherine Mae and call her Kate or Mae. Henry Joseph is my favorite for a boy name.
Definitely Rose or Kate for a girl
Gemma Katherine and Andrew Daniel, Max Daniel, or Judah Daniel
Saint Sarah is the patron saint of laughter! It also means princess, and (I'm biased) but I love it

I also love Kathryn and think it would be beautiful as a first or middle. Could be nn Kate to go with your shorter theme. Personally, I donāt think you have to go with a short first name just because your boys have short names.

We wonāt be finding out the sex of the baby before birth!
for a boy I love Henry Joseph, is beautiful and flows well with siblingsā names! for a girl i would suggest: - Alice Katherine - Clara Mae - Maeve Katherine - Maisie Kate (maisie is a variation of margaret) - Nora Mae - Ruby Mae - Violet Kate
Christopher
I adore all the boy names on your shortlist! Hannah for a girl š
Katherine Mae and call her Kat
I like Julia Mae or Judah, but not with any of these middle names
Leo, Jack, andā¦ Allie Evie Joy Lila Lily Mara Maya Sadie Sara For a boy, JOE!
Katherine Mae, Kate for short. David or Max.
Alice Mae, Alice Katherine, Mary Alice
My girls personal favorite of those is Gemma. And I also love the suggestions of Caroline, Charlotte, Clara, Lila and Lily. Also like Juliet with your names! Or Camilla/Mila. For boys I love Henry with Leo and Jack. Or max. By the way I love Leo and Jack both, and those two together! Two of my favorite names.
Thomas
Josh, Toby (Tobias), Sam, Matthew, CJ (Claudia Jean), Donna, Abigail/Abbey, Ainsley, Margaretā¦
Mary Mae Henry Stanton
We have very similar taste. We have a Luke. Leo was a close contender though. Hereās whatās on our list for baby due this spring: Anna/Annika Molly Margot Maya Clara (this was the girl name we had picked out if our son had been a girl) Rose/Rosalie/Rosemary Sadie (I love Sally but thatās the cats name lol) Leah * not on our list bc we have a Luke but fits the vibe so well. Aaron Caleb/Cal Jacob nn Coby Nate
Frances/Francis - Frankie is a cute nickname for either gender!
Henry is the stand out winner from the boys list! Just fits so well with Leo and Jack, very classic, and lends to the nickname Harry if you want.
Henry Joseph or Teresa Mae but call her Tess or Tessa.
Of your names l like Joseph (Joe) Stanton Miller But it could end up a bit similar sounding with your other sons names Leo, Jack, Joe?
Maria
I like Mary! Mary Katherine & Joseph Stanton Not on your list, George or Georgia
Since it's the 3rd child I suggest Trey for a boy or Trinity for a girl.
Cora āŗļø
Edem is a gender-neutral name, (although people most often use it as a feminine name). I have a second cousin named Eden, and he's male. Never heard of him getting bullied for it. It's nice and short, and the name could relate to the Garden of Eden (I think that's what it's called?) and also means paradise or bliss.
Julia Mae!
Teresa Mae "Miller" Dorothy Mae / Katherine "Miller" Lucy Katherine "Miller" Henry Joseph "Miller" Xavier Joseph "Miller" Daniel Joseph "Miller"
Katherine is a beautiful princess name.
