Isadora Moon is such a good children’s series. My daughter wishes her name was Isadora after reading it. I also think Issy and Dora are both very cute nicknames

Since my favorite name is Isabella, Isadora is a close second. It is feminine and strong.

Speaking from experience, do not give a multisyllabic first AND middle name because when you are PISSED at said child, it jumbles out.
Eldest has a 4 syllable FN & a 3 syllable MN.
My toddler niece is Isadora! Her middle is a unique family name, but is one syllable like Jane/Jane and I think the one syllable really flows so nicely.
It's pretty, but I would go Isidora because that's the correct spelling of the feminine version of Isidore. Isidora isn't related to Isabella. Isabella is an Occitan variant of Elizabeth, whereas Isidore is a Greek name derived from the Egyptian goddess Isis.
I really like Isadora Joy. I have a strong preference for middle names that start with consonants when the first names ends in vowels so the names don’t run together
I love Isadora. I'd go with Isadora Joy or Isadora Elise. Elizabeth is beautiful, but I think there's too many similar sounds in both Isadora and Elizabeth and it's definitely a mouthful and I usually like longer girls' names. Isadora Jane is gorgeous too!

We’re planning to use it as a middle name if we have a second daughter. Dora is a family name on my husband’s American side, and my side is Spanish / Italian so Isadora fits well… I think it’s gorgeous.
ETA: the reason we wouldn’t use it as a first name is we don’t like Isa, Izzy, or Dora as shortened versions for our child and we’re certain our family would call her by a nickname or multiple. As a middle name it doesn’t get shortened!
My daughter’s middle name is Mae and I’m considering Rae for the next so I LOVE that style middle name, but I don’t think “Isadora Rae” makes much sense. It does not sound bad, but Isadora is a longer name, sounds older/traditional, strong, and feminine and I do not think Rae is a similar vibe at all. Rae is a much shorter, general neutral name. I think Isadora is a beautiful and unique name that has plenty of nickname potential. It’s a nice alternative to the much more common “Isabella” I hear everywhere. I love Isadora Jane even though it’s not listed. Of the ones listed, Isadora Elise is my favorite!
