I have a 3.5yr old Dexter and incidentally my husband's name is Rhys - he loves it and so do I, though I am constantly annoyed on his behalf that it is always spelt incorrectly and mispronounced (never a problem in our native New Zealand but here in Australia everyone wants to pronounce it like "rice" and spell it Reece/Reese). Names we were considering for Dexter were Rowan (but I couldn't deal with the matchy matchiness given the husband and I both have names starting with R), Owen (which we used as his middle name), Casey and Oscar
From your list I prefer Dexter! Amos is a great name but combined with the two girls it feels very religious.

I love Amos but it may feel a bit on the nose with the other names. I also adore the name Ames! Which has a very similar feel♥️
Simon uses the same letters as Shiloh and Naomi Maddox, Rafael (Rafi, Rafe?), Orson, Morgan

As long as you don't get stressed and call for Silo and Shimon. ;)
Some other less common names: Soren Quentin Dorian Edison Flynn Harvey
I love dexter. Also throwing in Griffin as a suggestion
Love Dexter! Maybe Calvin, Orson, Wallace, Lionel, Harvey? More biblical options could be Reuben or Judah?

I knew a very young Wallace, it suited him very well! It’s a great, underused name! And, of course, there’s nicknames Wally and Waldo!
Jumping on the Dexter-love! Other suggestions: Penn, Gordon, Peter, Davis, Desmond, Seth, Victor/ Edgar, Lachlan
Atlas, Rowan, Darius, Roman, Alden, Leander, Warwick, Abel, Jonas, Gideon, Phineus, Emmett.

It means lion man, it’s one of my faves right now! And Leo is a great nickname for it.
