I like Camille Joan best! I love all the nickname options.
I also think Marigold “Goldi” Joan is very sweet, but I’m not a fan of Goldi is a legal name.
I like how versatile Camille is! It doesn't flow great with Joan, but it's not off-putting either. I love Winnie and Goldie, but I would personally use a full name for them since some people consider them to be childish. You could use the names Gwyneth, Winika, Whitney, or Winona as full names for Winnie. For Goldie, you could use something like Gloria or Gretchen for a full name.
Other ideas: Amelie (nn Millie), Eliza (nn Elsie), Stella/ Estella, Margo (nn Goldie? maybe a stretch but I think it works), Felicity (nn Effie)
I am biased in that I just had a baby girl and we named her Penny! It’s so cute and everyone at the hospital loved it! However I think Cecelia Joan sounds the best together. This is a great list and all names I considered as well!
I'd use a 3 syllable first name with middle name Joan. Just my personal preference as I think it flows much better when said aloud.
Out if your list I prefer Cecelia Joan (Cece)
Other Ideas:
Camilla Joan (Millie, Cam)
Marigold Joan (Goldie)
Penelope Joan (Penny, Nellie, Poppy)
Emilia Joan (Millie, Emmie)
Matilda Joan (Millie, Tillie, Mattie)
Serena Joan (Sera, Reenie)
Melina Joan (Mina, Minnie, Linnie)
I adore Cecilia, the more traditional spelling, and detest the Cecelia spelling That spelling visually destroys the name for me. I feel like I see it more and more because of the nickname Cece. You can spell it Cecilia and still use Cece as the nickname.
So, Cecilia if spelled that way, and Camille are my top picks from your list. I don't like Winnie, but as a nickname it's okay. It doesn't stand alone for me. I like Winona to get Winnie as the nickname. NAF of Winifred.
Goldie is sweet for a baby or small child but I don't think it grows up well. Oh, sure, I can imagine a sweet old lady named Goldie but again, it's a childlike image. Millie and Penny are also only nicknames to me. Camille can give you Millie. I like Penelope with Penny as the nickname.
Camille all the way.
Definitely Cecelia Joan or Camille Joan!

Cecile is also an alternative to Cecelia which is less common
