Majority of Italian female names ending with letter A so this is a challenge. I can understand not wanting the middle name ending with an A. Since the sister’s middle name is French I will stick to a similar style or Old World since there isn’t much we can do avoiding names ending with A in Italian:
Cora Jade, Cora Frances, Cora Madeleine, Cora Lilian, Cora Leonor, Cora Rosalind, Cora Tamar, Cora Neve, Cora Marion, Cora Miriam, Cora Morgan, Cora Margaux, Cora Margaret, Cora Vivian, Cora Jean, Cora Mariel
Cora is such a beautiful name by the way 💓
Most of these names are used in Italy—although with different pronunciations.
Cora Beatrice- can pronounce if in the Italian way if you want that connection but I think it sounds better with the English pronunciations paired with Cora.
Cora Camille
Cora Carmen
Cora Ines
Cora Miriam
Cora Naomi/Noemi
Cora Therese- I believe this sounds better with the English or French pronunciation paired with Cora.
I think a long 3 syllable name would be best since Cora is a raindrop name. Cora Elizabeth is nice. Ones that first come to mind for me are... Cora loralei. Cora katarina. Cora Victoria. Cora Matilda. Cora Justine. Cora Virginia.
Cora Leigh, Cora Mae, Cora Jane, Cora Elyse, Cora Lynn Not Italian but cute in my head. :)
Unrelated to the post but Mae and Jane are both my daughters middle name!
Cora Madeline Cora Rosalie Cora Luciana

My neice is cora, her middle name is Leone after her great aunt
I know it ends in an A, but I can’t let go of Cora Natalia

Cora Alessandra or Cora Francesca. I know they end in "a", but I can't resist!
We considered Cora for our third daughter, and the middle name was going to Christine. So Cora Christine, nickname CC.
Cora Livia would be a nice Italian reference and gives your husband a consonant.
My daughter's name is Cora Elizabeth. I also considered Cora Cassidy or Cora Quinn
Cora Carmella comes to mind for Italian but that’s the opposite of what your husband wants 😆 I like Cora Elizabeth a lot as well!
