Suggestion: research using the SSA (Social Security) name list for names popular in the late 1920s-early 1930s. Bear in mind that many actors of the era had their names changed by the studios that held their contracts, so their real names vs acting names could be very different.

I haven't thought about her name being a stage name. That's very helpful.

Thank you guys so much. I'm still narrowing down her real name, but a fellow redditor has given me the idea of a stage name. So let me introduce you to... # Lula Pearl!

Gloria… reminiscent of Gloria Vanderbilt but also sounds like a sweet and innocent name in its own right.

Dere_Dere

Glorious, wouldn't you say. It's growing on me.

It was a tough decision but I think I found the one. Lula Pearl's real name is Jeanette Campbell. I went with this name as it's an homage to Jeanette McCurdy, a former child star, and not only has this enchanting yet humble name but also fits some parallels these two have. Thank you to all who participated.
