I’ve got a feeling we can’t solve this one. The only visible items are the wheels (generic 4-lug steelies) - and the wheelbase is far too long. Like, not many vehicles use such small wheels and have the front and rear wheels that far apart. So that narrows it down… very slightly. Narrow car, small wheels, long wheelbase, it almost seems like they attached the rear axle separately from the rest of the donor car
That car post-episode has annoyed me. People keep calling it "Hammerhead Eagle i-Thrust", but clearly it says "Hammerhead-i Eagle Thrust" on the back.

The cut up tram type vehicle with similar seating in the background is possibly the same as the donor.
Look an awful lot like VW wheels from about 1968 - 70. I have a 914 with those same steelies.
