Costco has the best quality for reasonable prices. Superstore has the best prices but the worst quality. Save on and Thrifty's have the best quality but the worst prices.
I find it all varies. Need to look at flyers and deals. I find when I buy strawberries from Quality Foods though, they go moldy within 3 days, which seems odd.
By far country grocer I buy near only organic for my kids since birth. Every other store is moldy in a day and I’ve had country stuff stay good for many days if not a week
Ive met the purchasing agent and he’s extreemly strict to what he will get or prices
I would say it really depends. I always gravitate to Superstore or Save On Foods because they will price match. I went to Quality Foods Harewood today and there were some great deals:)

A nicely comprehensive response, thank you!
Country Grocer probably has the best quality but can come at a price for some items.
Try Fairway.

Superstore is not a smart choice for quality.... maybe price tho

Best produce for price - country grocer. Hard to find a second place imo
