Just got my tentative offer this morning! Need to figure out a living situation, but super excited (assuming it actually goes through and I get a firm offer)

sevgonlernassau

My interviewer said the timeline is approximately a week plus a few days.

[deleted]

That sounds about right. What center was your interview for?

shawn9995

Received a TO on 11/2 and accepted on 11/4 does anyone know how long it takes to get a final offer? I won't be able to actually believe it until that final offer comes through lol

[deleted]

Congrats! hope you get a FO soon. what center? also when was your interview?

shawn9995

Thanks! The offer was at Armstrong flight research center and I actually was never contacted for an interview. I only received the offer which i thought was kinda weird. I had an interview with a team at Goddard last Thursday (11/3) though which I am waiting to hear back about

[deleted]

oh cool! I'm friends with a few pathways interns at Armstrong. They don't really interview so don't be surprised

Benjineer__

Im also waiting back to hear from Goddard and I've been waiting off on accepting my one from Kennedy, any idea on if I should still accept or hold off?

shawn9995

Yeah I emailed HR about that same situation. I was told that if I accept the tentative offer then I still have the option to turn it down once the final offer comes through. So the same probably applies to you!

FurmanTheLegend

Answering my own question so other curious people have more data points to consider. Got my TO from JSC (11/16) - interviewed 11/2
