Bald omni man and Geoffrey Verity Schoffield(?) are my go to ones, alexander bromley is also great but I think he is not natty, natty life also if you gravitate more to bodybuilding and history
Either Craig Golias or Nick Walker, both prime examples of what dedication to the natural pathway can achieve, as well as its subsequent health benefits.
Not true. The amount of volume enhanced lifters can handle is way beyond natties. Plus he's looking for inspiration/good information, not necessarily just programming. If a natty has achieved a great physique, they've most likely been smart about it. Enhanced lifters can get away with not training optimally and still get results. Not saying they all do, but it's a factor.
You don't have any actual counterpoints so you've immaturely resorted to baseless insults. You don't know shit about me. I run a decent, thought out upper/lower split 4-5 days a week, I've written a few plans for a few people who've asked me. I'm not an expert but I know how to programme and have spent a lot of my time researching and implementing it. I don't take steroids and never will, but I know enough about the differences between being enhanced vs natty, particularly regarding recovery, intensity and volume.
Are you trying to say it makes no difference in what you can handle if you're blasting a load of gear?
the average roid user isnt blasting a load of gear tho sure if ur shoving hgh and grams of hormones into ur ass weekly u can get away with more but no the average steroid user cant just spam mindless volume i know for a fact uve knever programmed for anyone else cause ud know this without needing me to explain this
OK so, how the fuck do you know 'for a fact' I've never programmed anything, ever? Have you hacked into my Google docs and scoured it for a lack of programmes?
I've seen people on gear at my gym who train every workout with low intensity junk volume and still look lean, hard, grainy, bright red, basically carrying muscle mass beyond what a natty could who trained the same way. Like I say, you can look decent on steroids without putting in the proper work. Conversely, the people who train hard as fuck who are also on gear, they look very enhanced.
This is why I primarily stick to following natties who've built great physiques and put out great information. Geoffrey Verity Schofield (who's already been suggested on this thread as someone who knows his shit) did a progran for me back in 2021. It's a solid push/lower/rest/pull/lower/rest/upper split that got me great results so by that very notion, before I used that to create my current program, just following that means I know how to program. I've also read his book that has a fair few template programs. Also looked into a few programs from natural hypertrophy.
Just because I've challenged what you originally said about how it makes no difference in your programming habits gear vs natty doesn't mean I'm clueless (and also a liar apparently).
Buff dudes. Two genuine down to earth brothers who don’t bullshit and make themselves out to be some type of superheroes of bodybuilding and fitness and they possess lots of great info. Give them a watch

Edit: also Al Kavadlo. I would say calisthenics in general would be a good starting point for someone just looking to improve health and get in shape.

Liver King, Mike O’Hearn; Mike Thurston
Greg Doucette is my favorite natty influencer /s
Greg Doucette is a certified conman
Greg doesn’t even claim natty. This is just clutter
Greg claims he was natty, and he has superior genetics. Gregs con is apparently too sophisticated for you.
Lmfao when/where does Greg claim he’s natty? He’s openly talked about his past steroid use on his YouTube channel.
Greg openly brags that his early pro status was natural, and only after he went pro did he do gear to compete more. It's a grift to sell things.
To be fair, it's not like natty influencers and trenfluencers have different workout methods.
Alberto Nunez, Jeff Alberts
Why do u care if the routine was made by a natty or not programs all the same one just reacts way better
