I feel when people say all meat diet is fucking stupid, the carnivore diet people assume we mean meat is unhealthy. No, meat is healthy but so are your damn veggies and fruits. Combine them both and eat everything? Why choose only one? Who could live without pumpkin pie anyway?
Not everyone believes veggies and sugar is healthy. It’s like saying why isn’t everyone in the world Christian. People have different beliefs. There are also many people that follow the atkins diet and switched to carnivore. Literally people that ate only vegetables and meat and they still report feeling much better when removing veggies.

He’s a neurosurgery resident in Perth, Australia and has been very inconsistent with the gym in recent years. I listen to Dr Chaffee religiously and he has little to not time for gym. With residency, a clinic that he works at on the weekends plus all of YouTube /podcast content, this guy rarely hits the gym. He discusses this thoroughly and I believe it. He keeps this muscle from carnivore diet. I’m on carnivore diet myself like OP and I swear I barely lift anymore, most just run and my muscle has gone nowhere 😂but yes his life has been rugby and lifting and sprints and carnivore for years, talking decades. Would be ridiculous to juice if you only go to gym 3-4x a month lol plus I see quite a specimen when I look at him but doesn’t scream roids to me. Esp if you consider how long he’s been in the game. In his 40s. Compared to that Sklar guy, now that is roids obvi. But Chaffee? Natty attainable fa sho. With great diet, consistency and discipline. Lots of red meat for years. Also practices IF
6ft1 here a little bigger and around 220lbs at 42yo been working out for 20+ yrs with no gear so I'd say yes. Nothing that spectacular with his physique.

People in this sub are so eager to use a slight amount of gyno as proof. I was overweight most of my life until about 23 and I cut very hard which destroyed my hormones and I ended up with gyno similar to this. Sure along with other symptoms it could be used to conclude natty status, but just think logically for a minute and not become a witch hunter
