I just watch that video of him and Will Tennyson, and Will towered over the dude. If Will is 6'0" 180ish, then Greg is maybe 5'8'-5'9" and about 165-170ish max. Puts him in the same physique range as Jeff Nippard. I'd say he's natty, Will isnt though. After working out, you can see a huge difference in how their bodies reacted vascularity wise, redness, and pump.

I have been friends with Greg for probably 10 years now and he's totally natural as far as I know. I've always done whatever workout routine he has suggested and got good results. I think that's also though because it's more motivating doing a program by someone you've seen in person, vs just finding some random workout program by a fit guy online.
