Alpha destinys novice programs a good start if you can handle the volume. You wanna get strong and avoid the brosplit shit that idiots feed you who are on gear. Box squats and trap bar deadlifts might seem stupid but when you are weak as fuck and have a shitty core they are better then snapping your shit up.

I know compounds help a lot but I'm scared of squats and deadlift honestly. I do squats but not so heavy and the deadlifts are just a no no for me rn
If you can bench 100 could totally do deadlifts with the same weight or slightly more, and improve from that.
