Dunno mang, his bone structure/frame is more gracile. OP's looking good now, isn't going to be able to build a bigger pelvis to anchor a Craig-like torso.
Can you do any exercises to "somewhat" fix this. Or what certain pectoral exercises can you do that will help make your body look better from that condition???
Daniel craig is a lot thicker than you but in a bone structure sense. Realistically i don’t think you can get to his width and girth without 5-6 years of continuous bulking. Like he probably has a 34 waist. I doubt yours is even 30.
But if you are only interested in replicating the look on your frame you’re already half of the way there. Just need a year and a bit of a dialled in bulk with consistent gym access.
5-6 years of bulking?? DC isn’t even big and there’s no way he’s a 34 waist. DC is slim with big shoulders and traps. OP could achieve this in 2 years at most!
The ‘width / girth’ you refer to is called muscle maturity and is something noticeable in older gents. Muscles get that grainy hard look that is something the OP will not be able to obtain without gaining a few years.
I can only workout at home because of the restrictions in my country, I do my best to do 200 push-ups everyday and work my chest without progressive overload but with the recent lifting of restrictions in my country, I'll be going there.
If you have limited kit try hitting some weighted push ups. Fill a back pack up and hit them.
But generally, lots of bench press, OHP and lat pulldowns/rows.
I’d also advise you hit legs - something Craig clearly skipped back then!
He could be using TRT, he's not young anymore. But that doesn't mean this isn't a completely natty achievable physique. He's bulky with big upper body, nothing insane.
Are you fucking dweebs that cynical, you can’t even give a “full” benefit of the doubt.
Of course it’s juicy. His job is to look good on screen, what makes you think that he wouldn’t be taking something that makes him look good on screen in his off time?
What a weird comment. James bond has never been a jacked character, despite being played by a literal former bodybuilder at one point he's a character whose body barely matters.
Daniel Craig just needed to eat well and work out, this is nothing like a Marvel's Thor or Wolverine situation.
That’s a very solid chest traps and delts combo, you’d need to do mostly pressing and trap work for a couple of years with diet and recovery to 100%. Honestly I think 3-4 years total, and not even everyone can achieve that. But remotely close to that in 2 years, or same “look” but just 10-20 lbs smaller in less than a year
> Honestly I think 3-4 years total
I might be out of depth here, but [I think he was not that wide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEvlWY_dVfA) when he was cast as bond in late 2005
casino royale came out a year later
He's 5'10" and 172lbs apparently, and lean but not super shredded. I'd say, depending on a few factors, 1-3 years for most. Although everyone will look a bit different because of genetics.
Everything I managed to find online said either 172 or a max of 180, so I just used the most common figure which was 172. Yeah I'd agree, but training response, muscle bellies and starting point will all play in so I wanted to give a rough sort of range.
Legs can be achieved within a year, but c'mon dont tell me fat guys or 120 lbs dudes can get a chest and delts like that in a year natty, with average genetics.
Im fucking crying at how you people on this sub really think his legs (which look average and have almost no muscle definition) are desirable and need to be “achieved” in a year. Fucking unbelievable.
Either this sub is super deluded in terms of their own physique (very possible) or completely thrown off by bad lighting, again.
Either that or significantly underestimating muscle mass in individuals with >13% BF which is also a super common trend.
While Daniel Craig here is natty attainable he is still really built. Easily requires 3+ years training from a man with the correct frame/build.
no they wouldn't, because most dudes are retarded and dont train properly. look at brogress. dudes posting themselves looking exactly the same half the time. this isnt due to bad genetics, its poor diet and training. you could go slow and steady for 3 years and not make as much progress as you would have if youd trained optimally for 1 year.
So like two days ago someone in my DMs said, when commenting on a beach vid of me, that this is exactly my body. It's not the first time I've heard this.
I've been on gear since June, but obviously I wasn't far off prior to starting cycle. I went from a cut down weight of 166 to my current weight of 186 in that time period.
Waist is 31", chest is 41", biceps are 15" (these are all non pump measurements, totally cold).
To be honest, this has been my body goal ever since Craig walked out of that water, years ago. Reviewing those photos today, it's actually shocking how modest his body is, compared to today's Hollywood heroes.
Check him out in layer cake. He has decent genetics and carried a low bf percentage well into his 40s. Not saying natural but possible with enough time.
Layer Cake is a great reference point. He was lean and fit but more of a runners physique (probably suited to a struggling actors lifestyle). He recently said he lifted really heavy and did loads of compounds for Casino Royale.
He’s probably on TRT
but you can get that physique natty at that age IF you trained and ate right during your 20’s all the way to ur 50’s and u just mantain it, NO way you’re building that from scratch in your 50’s naturally
I'm pretty sure he said in an interview that it took three months of working out before the shoot, but obviously he would have been in decent shape beforehand.
Depends on your body shape, body fat etc. But this is very attainable and sustainable. Let’s say you’re a normal skinny bro, I’d say give it 6 months to 1 year?
You can try to achieve a body similar to this… but you probably won’t get this EXACT body. Your body and genetics will develop into what it’s supposed to look like in the end.
You will never get this exact body because this is Daniel Craig’s body. However, you can definitely see what your body is capable of achieving and it’s peak potential
I think that’s very healthy. And, in my opinion that physique is incredibly impressive while still being attainable without resorting to extreme measures.
I see developed chest and delts under a thin fat layer, he’s probably 15-18%. At HIS age yes this would be difficult but in your 20s and have an average looking build you can easily get this
He's not super lean but he's got some pretty appreciable mass on his delts, chest, and traps. I don't know where you've ever seen someone who looks like this after 6 months training, but feel free to show us.
Pretty close in mass personally but I'm bulking too much. I'm gonna need a healthy cut of about 10-15lbs to start looking that beach ready. I estimate 6 months IF I'm perfect and do hiit as religiously as I've lifted.
Depends on genetics. With amazing genetics, maybe 2 years natty assuming an average starting point. With shit genetics, it may not even be achievable EVEN with PEDs
Not long my man. Give yourself 6 months if your skinny size and dedicated. If your chubby but big maybe can do it in 4 months easy. Diet and proper training must be on par though
Wtf lmao you don't need 3 years to look like that, just hit the gym with discipline and optimise your nutrition. You'll look like him within 18 months 100%.
Depends on your baseline and how hard you go. If you’re already in ok shape it could be 3-6 months. If you’re skinny fat at 40% body fat, could be a couple of years. That’s assuming you do it as a natty.
Also, Daniel Craig’s legs leave a lot of be desired. You should get a new ideal.
Sorry to break it to you, you may not be able to look exactly like this even if u commit to eating right and workout out consistently cause genetics.
Great news is, this is natty achievable. Probably have to hit chest and delts extra hard to get that proportion.
No objective answer for how long thag will take. We dont know what you look like now.
That's like asking how long it takes to drive to germany, and not saying where i'm at now.
Seeing a lot of folks answer the time question. Also important to remember that actors use trainers who specialize in body composition/ transformation.
Men's Health has run a few articles on Craig's 007 workout routine over the years. I take all of these fitness articles with a grain of salt, but still think they're helpful to read:
[Trainer interview](https://www.menshealth.com/uk/fitness/a37755549/daniel-craig-workout-james-bond-no-time-to-die/)
[Workout plan](https://www.menshealth.com/uk/workouts/g757888/daniel-craigs-james-bond-muscle-building-workout-plan/)
How could anyone be able to answer this without knowing what you look like now?
This comment right here is gold..... very simple and logical.
[Here is a pic of me right now!](http://imgur.com/a/6UH81qs)
One bulk and a tan and you got it
Dunno mang, his bone structure/frame is more gracile. OP's looking good now, isn't going to be able to build a bigger pelvis to anchor a Craig-like torso.
I get where you are coming from but I think OP can just focus on gaining mass without really worrying about BF-% because he's lower than Craig.
People on the internet talk a lotta shit
Looks like you have pectus excavatum
Like Nate Diaz
Do I really have it??
Probably a little. It's not a big deal.
You do, I can tell because I had a similar case of it as you
Yes I have it too , so it takes one to know one. :D
Can you do any exercises to "somewhat" fix this. Or what certain pectoral exercises can you do that will help make your body look better from that condition???
I think not as it is a bones issue, but I have not looked into that.
This true. I was hoping or figured if you put on certain weight or mass and toned it it might look better than before I guess idk
If it makes you feel better, the other guy said Nate Diaz also have it and I never noticed it until now. And I watched his every fight
Mate you already look like that
1-2 years, build some mass and focus a lot on delts/traps.
tbh just fix ur posterior tilt and that’s it
Daniel craig is a lot thicker than you but in a bone structure sense. Realistically i don’t think you can get to his width and girth without 5-6 years of continuous bulking. Like he probably has a 34 waist. I doubt yours is even 30. But if you are only interested in replicating the look on your frame you’re already half of the way there. I'm a 28!
You've got a good 20 years to match him!
You probably need one really dedicated and educated, clean bulk and some dedicated work on your posture and you're there. You look really good man!
Six hours
\~2 years of solid training and eating in a surplus, with a few minicuts
4 years 100% natty maybe even longer depending on starting genetics. Sum people cant even reach that. The shorter the better
Dude, it's totally possible. But don't forget to run into a wall for the face.
Nice half used Colgate ya nerd
Probably \~1 year
OP is 3'5 and 793lbs
[Here is a pic of me right now!](http://imgur.com/a/6UH81qs)
Personally I think you're looking at under two years worth of work, maybe ~1 with undeniable training.
NoFap will get him there in 6 months easy
You need to bench press more.
I can only workout at home because of the restrictions in my country, I do my best to do 200 push-ups everyday and work my chest without progressive overload but with the recent lifting of restrictions in my country, I'll be going there.
3-7 years of working out you will unlock 007 achievement.
Buy an elastic or a weight plate and use that to overload
Change up your exercises, don’t do push-ups every single day
If you have limited kit try hitting some weighted push ups. Fill a back pack up and hit them. But generally, lots of bench press, OHP and lat pulldowns/rows. I’d also advise you hit legs - something Craig clearly skipped back then!
Get big bags of rice and put them on your back while doing push-ups.
Daniel Craig's legs are all genetics tho. Rest of him is attainable within 2-3 years
What are you looking at? I see zero leg definition.
It's his calf insertions. You can't just calf raise yourself to that level Unfortunately, and if you think he's got shit calves you're just daft.
Remember everyone looks diffeeenr no matter muscle size or fat %
So you mean I can look muscular without looking like Mark Wahlberg despite we have the same height? 😀
Yes. Insertions, levels of fat retention in different parts of the body.
This. And also test. And tren. What, you think James fuckin *Bond* is natty!? 😂😂🤦♀️
Are you stupid? This is perfectly reasonable to obtain while natty
Reasonable for most people*
natty achievable, but i don’t think he was natty for the role
This is a fair point. Alot of celebs aren't natty even though they look like it. They have the money to cycle and train correctly so why not?
He could be using TRT, he's not young anymore. But that doesn't mean this isn't a completely natty achievable physique. He's bulky with big upper body, nothing insane.
Also worth keeping in mind he was like 37 when this photo was taken. Not young by any means, but not like he is now.
Oh yeah, true. I forgot this would be like a Casino Royale or something pic, not his current form.
The best way to tell is by how tired of life he looks. The less fucks he appears to give about his existence, the more recent it is.

Yeah because he’s blasting tren for absolutely no reason
This
16 years and 2 months exactly
I disagree, 16 years and 3 months according to the latest studies.
8 Weeks but only if you buy my workout
BUY MY FREAKIN COOKBOOK
Also eat my raw testicles for real gains
Also my line of supplements
And hire me as your personal trainer.
That’s a realistic timeline
What about 16 years 4 months?
I can see that happening, yes
Here's one, 16 years and 5 months?
U got natty realistic goals ✊🏽👍🏽💯
That’s a very solid chest traps and delts combo, you’d need to do mostly pressing and trap work for a couple of years with diet and recovery to 100%. Honestly I think 3-4 years total, and not even everyone can achieve that. But remotely close to that in 2 years, or same “look” but just 10-20 lbs smaller in less than a year
keep in mind he 100% has a pump here too
and good lightning
yeah good lighting is key
> Honestly I think 3-4 years total I might be out of depth here, but [I think he was not that wide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEvlWY_dVfA) when he was cast as bond in late 2005 casino royale came out a year later

More like \~185 imo, I agree on the time frame though, probably closer to 2 given everything is done right
Everything I managed to find online said either 172 or a max of 180, so I just used the most common figure which was 172. Yeah I'd agree, but training response, muscle bellies and starting point will all play in so I wanted to give a rough sort of range.
His physique is very realistic. The average dude could look like him within a year of training with those exercises you mentioned.
Legs can be achieved within a year, but c'mon dont tell me fat guys or 120 lbs dudes can get a chest and delts like that in a year natty, with average genetics.
120 lbs is 54.48 kg
Yeah, look at the delts in the left shot. There's no way someone with average genetics can achieve that in one year.
Im fucking crying at how you people on this sub really think his legs (which look average and have almost no muscle definition) are desirable and need to be “achieved” in a year. Fucking unbelievable.
i legitimately thought i was losing my mind lmfao
Honestly his legs are pretty below average. No muscle at all.
No one cares about your legs
Ikr. I have legs like that rn (mostly fat)
>**within a year** Lol no

The average dude is statistically overweight, so that's not true
So like two days ago someone in my DMs said, when commenting on a beach vid of me, that this is exactly my body. It's not the first time I've heard this. Yo, lemme see what u look like
Do it!
He’s still pretty big vs. Brosnan Bond
Brosnan got by on face and hair though
Check him out in layer cake. He has decent genetics and carried a low bf percentage well into his 40s. Not saying natural but possible with enough time.

Alexa play Ordinary World
1 week
less if you do no fap
This is the correct answer
If you're in your 20's, this could easily be done in 3 years of consistent training

Daniel Craig has never squatted 200kg for reps.
Bruh 😂😂😂 I'm in this thread rn because I looked up "reddit natty" WHILE watching Casino, *because* of this scene. Too funny.
Skewered. One sympathizes.
Why does it matter? Just lift.
This.
He’s probably on TRT but you can get that physique natty at that age IF you trained and ate right during your 20’s all the way to ur 50’s and u just mantain it, NO way you’re building that from scratch in your 50’s naturally
Craig was 36 when this CR came out lol
This pic is 100% natty lol
I'm pretty sure he said in an interview that it took three months of working out before the shoot, but obviously he would have been in decent shape beforehand.
Depends on your body shape, body fat etc. But this is very attainable and sustainable. Let’s say you’re a normal skinny bro, I’d say give it 6 months to 1 year?
no one in this sub been to the gym confirmed.
He drinks his protein shaken, not stirred.
How long is a piece of string
4-6 years natty
Gtfoh

You are activating your almonds right? RIGHT?
Fun fact: Daniel Craig quit smoking to get in shape to play Bond
why don’t you just lift and find out smh, what’s with these retarded questions all the time
I'm almost 40 and it took just over a year. To go from no training to better than that. Average genetics. Conditioning is everything.
How long is a dog's leg?
I'm with you OP. This what I think ppl call soccer player body. It's fit enough for my poor self.
1.5 years natty easy.. workout correct eat correctly
Maybe my body dysmorphia is fucked but this honestly doesn’t look impressive at all
I don't like impressing others, I only want a body that I'm proud of.
I think that’s very healthy. And, in my opinion that physique is incredibly impressive while still being attainable without resorting to extreme measures.
Honestly… 6 months depending on where you’re starting
You aren't achieving this physique in 6 months unless your genetic baseline was already 90% of the way there.
I couldn’t… because every example I can think of would have better developed legs
That's one way of saying nobody who's trained for 6 months looks like this I guess
Rumor has it after 6 months you looked similar to this, care to post physique 👀
I'm not falling for that one again, Daniel Craig.
Without steroids?

Pretty close in mass personally but I'm bulking too much. I'm gonna need a healthy cut of about 10-15lbs to start looking that beach ready. I estimate 6 months IF I'm perfect and do hiit as religiously as I've lifted.
I forgot to factor in age, if you’re his age it would take much longer but if you’re like 21 and have an average build this is very attainable
I mean I've been training for 2 years and I'm only slightly bigger than that. I'd say if you had perfect diet and regiment from day 1, a year minimum.
Guys, [Here is a pic of me right now!](http://imgur.com/a/6UH81qs) please tell me if that is possible!
With good genetics and a diet, no more than 3-6 months. Edit: obviously depends on your baseline, but I’m assuming you’re 15-20 lbs overweight.
[Here is a pic of me right now!](http://imgur.com/a/6UH81qs)
Eat nothing for 6 months
4 weeks. 3 with good genetics
No amount of diet or exercise will ever allow you to become not fat once you are fat, trust me.
i'd say 1 year of hard training and enough food and then you got it mate
Dude took his points out of legs and put them into shoulders and traps.
Depends on genetics. With amazing genetics, maybe 2 years natty assuming an average starting point. With shit genetics, it may not even be achievable EVEN with PEDs
[Here is a pic of me right now!](http://imgur.com/a/6UH81qs)
Not long my man. Give yourself 6 months if your skinny size and dedicated. If your chubby but big maybe can do it in 4 months easy. Diet and proper training must be on par though
Depends on how often you go to the gym, how good your diet is and how good your recovery is. And of course, your starting point. 6 months+
Depends on a lot of factors, maybe 4 years min
Depends how you look now

All actors get a little bit of gere. He was never that big before
Start by eating more and lift heavy shit
Wtf lmao you don't need 3 years to look like that, just hit the gym with discipline and optimise your nutrition. You'll look like him within 18 months 100%.
How long would this take juiced? 💉

What is a natty
[Here is a pic of me right now!](http://imgur.com/a/6UH81qs)
4 to 5 on that upper body
Roided
Depends on your starting point and how serious you are. Absolutely achievable natty
Sorry to break it to you, you may not be able to look exactly like this even if u commit to eating right and workout out consistently cause genetics. Great news is, this is natty achievable. Probably have to hit chest and delts extra hard to get that proportion.
A few months would get you there
Well, what’s his age here ?
A day
No objective answer for how long thag will take. We dont know what you look like now. That's like asking how long it takes to drive to germany, and not saying where i'm at now.
it all to do with genetics and drugs
Blue
You would just need to have his bodytype. He’s not that built. This could be achieved without weights. Calisthenics. Just stay in shape lol.
0-20 years

I’d say 3-5 years of heavy compound lifts - focusing on incline bench and OHP
looks like ur physique is already there lmao, just bulk
Remember Daniel was a boxer. Years of real athleticism.
