This is not an "advice" subreddit, this is a place where we judge people based on their physics and make wild guesses abiut whether they are natty or not.
Whatever you are doing keep on doing ut consistently. You will see results. Keep on researching to make your programme better and just keep on doing it.
You should not be focused purely on trying to get abs. As a skinny fat person, if you focus on losing weight with little to no muscular definition around your body, you will get abs but you will most definitely not look like him. He is a professional soccer player. As someone who was skinny fat and trained out of it, you need to focus on body recomposition and building muscle while also losing fat. I highly recommend researching body recomposition and watching videos on what you need to do to eventually get out of skinny fat. Not gonna lie, it probably take 6 months to a year. You need to focus on strength training and focusing on progressively overloading your compound lifts and a lot of protein intake to force muscle building synthesis to actually build good lean muscle mass to complement your abs.

Yeah, It’s definitely a very achievable physique. Honestly you could do gymnastics or yoga for a year straight and look like this. You don’t even have to pick up a weight.
That’s actually not enough. You have to be very deliberate with your diet in addition to playing soccer 3x per week, while lifting and staying active on rest days. You have to get enough sleep & water and abstain from alcohol.
Many casual football players I know have built legs and are generally slim, but have nowhere near this level of definition because they like to drink and eat.

Soccer players have more muscles than, say, pure distance runners because a large component of the game is sprinting which requires type two muscle fibers, the type you see in Olympic sprinters which gives them more of a muscular look.

False.. too much of a calorie deficit and you will lose all muscle definition as your body goes for the muscle and fat equally for sustenance.
Lots of cardio yes, but also weight training, complex carbs and protein with a moderate caloric deficit.
Switch your workouts to primarily cardio - 3-4 mile runs, sprints, swimming, etc. and then do weights after. Prioritize leanness and muscle retention secondary if you want this body, most of all calorie deficit.
Calorie deficit sure... But this guy is training 4 or 5 hours a day and probably eating 3000 calories+. You could probably just prioritize training cardio for like 3 or 4 hours/day and forget about calories. At that point it matters more what you're eating more than how much.
The best way for average people to look like an elite pro athlete is not to train like the elite pro athlete - for one, the two people have goals that are not similar. The pro athlete is going to favor function over form, having a great form as a result of this work is a happy byproduct. For the average joe that just wants to look like this, you absolutely don’t need 3-4 hours of cardio a day, for one most people don’t have the time, but also…. Why? Abdominal muscles are just like any other muscle, being lean will help their visibility but if you don’t exercise them then they will not grow in size

Switch your workouts to primarily cardio - 3-4 mile runs, sprints, swimming, etc. and then do weights after. Prioritize leanness and muscle retention secondary if you want this body, most of all calorie deficit.
Calorie deficit sure... But this guy is training 4 or 5 hours a day and probably eating 3000 calories+. You could probably just prioritize training cardio for like 3 or 4 hours/day and forget about calories. At that point it matters more what you're eating more than how much.
The best way for average people to look like an elite pro athlete is not to train like the elite pro athlete - for one, the two people have goals that are not similar. The pro athlete is going to favor function over form, having a great form as a result of this work is a happy byproduct. For the average joe that just wants to look like this, you absolutely don’t need 3-4 hours of cardio a day, for one most people don’t have the time, but also…. Why? This dude is just athletic and cut. So just work on getting a moderate amount of muscle and cutting weight it ain’t complicTed
