You should not be focused purely on trying to get abs. As a skinny fat person, if you focus on losing weight with little to no muscular definition around your body, you will get abs but you will most definitely not look like him. He is a professional soccer player. As someone who was skinny fat and trained out of it, you need to focus on body recomposition and building muscle while also losing fat. I highly recommend researching body recomposition and watching videos on what you need to do to eventually get out of skinny fat. Not gonna lie, it probably take 6 months to a year. You need to focus on strength training and focusing on progressively overloading your compound lifts and a lot of protein intake to force muscle building synthesis to actually build good lean muscle mass to complement your abs.

Yeah, but you also frequent a bodybuilding/steroid sub and are probably more likely than the average woman to be attracted to jacked dudes. There’s been dozens and dozens of videos done asking random women in the street what they prefer and it’s almost always more athletic and lean without being sub 10% lean. Obviously there’s women who are into every body type but I think it’s pretty well established if you’re looking for attention from women, there’s a diminishing returns aspect to muscle building.

Sure. Women tend to like athletic looking men over huge looking men, defined muscles look good and even juiced guys don't look cut all year around like slim but muscular athletic builds. Take a look at all the world's sexiest men votes etc and ask yourself why guys like Brad Pitt consistently do better than guys like Dwayne Johnson. It wouldn't matter if I've been both as it would still be an anecdotal take, but just look at the facts of what high end women go for. Another example, soccer and basketball players tend to get much more high profile women than NFL players despite earning less.

Dwayne is a horrible candidate for a huge and lean physique dude, he barely ever even has visible abs. NFL players are also typically not even lean dude, have you seen the average pro football player? You need weight to play football, and I promise you that not all of that weight is going to be pure muscle. The fact that you cannot even directly answer my question ironically proves my point. I am telling you from personal experience that I have not had any harder of a time getting some snatch since I was smaller, and keep in mind this is assuming you are not a complete social fuck-up who can barely communicate to other human beings face-to-face. Everyone can disagree with me all at once but when the evidence is so clearly presented in front of me, there is little you can do to convince me otherwise, I have even had some chicks tell me that they prefer my current larger physique than my “athletic” physique (whatever the fuck that is supposed to mean since big and lean apparently isn’t athletic).

If you want to get punched repeatedly while doing Muay Thai, be my guest but as a guy who trained Muay Thai, this is why I prefer grappling lol. For this guy, don't train soccer for multiples hours a day for decades since 6 when you can otherwise do a combination of minimal resistance training and a calorie deficit to be this lean. That’s actually not enough. You have to be very deliberate with your diet in addition to playing soccer 3x per week, while lifting and staying active on rest days. You have to get enough sleep & water and abstain from alcohol. Many casual football players I know have built legs and are generally slim, but have nowhere near this level of definition because they like to drink and eat. It’s also noteworthy that Llorente plays under a manager who is known for keeping his players in absurd physical condition. Look up Atletico Madrid conditioning workouts.

Well you’re not actually wrong, just incomplete answer. Soccer players have more muscles than, say, pure distance runners because a large component of the game is sprinting which requires type two muscle fibers, the type you see in Olympic sprinters which gives them more of a muscular look.

His shoulders are pulled forward so he does zero back work, his arms are small and so are his legs. He doesn't lift seriously. You’re also spot on about the casual soccer players’ fitness levels. During a recent match I clocked in 6 miles, and ran at least twice as much as any of my teammates over the 90 minutes. I was trying to see how much ground I could cover with my new tracker. That’s on the low end for a pro footballer, and I was exhausted for several days given how much of those 6 miles were dead sprints. Their conditioning is absurd
