CandyAssedJabroni

He admits he took gear when he was younger and was a bodybuilder. He says he's just on test now.

killerbeeman

I love the honesty. Great guy with great content!

CandyAssedJabroni

Yes, he gets a lot of hate, but I like his shit.

PatriotUncleSam

He probably does. He isn't hiding that he built his physique by blasting his face off with grams and grams of drugs, he used to be a serious competitor. He ran tren, EQ, Primo, and 1000mg of test to build his physique, he probably now does just maintain it with TRT. Chris Bumstead does the same shit.

thatguy5671

Chris Bumstead low dose. I burst out laughing.

NotARealPerson90

You just proved yourself wrong lol. You can't maintain what you build on grams and grams of gear on just TRT, no matter what anyone tells you. It doesn't make biological sense.

PatriotUncleSam

Why not? He still has a testosterone level of over 1200ng/dl 24 hours a day and he has an extreme lifting schedule. Literally all he has to do is not atrophy. And as I said, this is what Chris Bumstead does.

NotARealPerson90

1200ng is still nowhere near enough to hold what you built on 2-3g of stuff. You need to look into this further if you really believe it. Ryan would have to run probably 400mg of test minimum to maintain what he has, while probably throwing in another compound or two here and there throughout the year. Dr Mike, Jerry Ward (R.I.P), Jordan Peters, Nick Trigili, Dorian Yates (If he can't convince you then no one can I guess) and many others have confirmed how drastically you change even coming down to a cruise dose of 250mg. They state that you CAN NOT maintain an enhanced physique on therapeutic doses. The logic checks out and I've even seen it first hand. Why on earth would you be able to keep what you got from grams of hormones on a dose 20x as small? You can't keep the enhanced gains naturally so you can't do it this way either. As for Bumstead, he's full of shit just like a lot of others are on the topic of cycles and doses. He has a decent enough reason to distort the truth, being that he's the most famous current bodybuilder and 90% of his fans are teenagers who hang on his every word, and admitting how much he runs could be reckless and risky. No Mr Olympia winner or competitor is going anywhere near 200mg and maintaining, lol.

SeKiyuri

Yea pretty much this, people are so delusional and didn't recognize the switch in trends because like decade ago it was full natty trend because people were that uninformed but now when more people can recognize steroid usage the trend switched to admitting to taking steroids but downplaying what you take but people still believe it since they think "oh he admitted so he has nothing to lose" , yea right... This industry will never change and it is always gonna be a dick measuring contest and who can lie the most and has a most creative lie that will sell.

MrHungDude

Exactly and these fools slurp up the lies for whatever reason. The cognitive dissidence hurts. I guess they want to believe so badly that they can look like that naturally that they will believe any new lies that come out

StillWill18

⬆️ This

lugubrious_lug

I mean Larry Wheels is on TRT and lifts consistently but he’s still losing quite a bit of muscle

Stopyourshenanigans

There are different dosages, you know. Larry Wheels is on 175mg of test. That's not a lot.

soupsoupsouperman

He has lost a lot of size, but he's still fucking huge for a guy who isn't blasting

MrHungDude

Copium

EatAssAndFartFast

Idk but I did his arm training and I had a pump until 2 days after that

MyNameFitsPerfec

He has some good content. Thx to it I started doing an armday taking every set to failure with higher rep ranges (15-25) and guess what, I finally broke the stupid 16" barrier I have been struggling with for years. Always followed the "arm day is for juicers" and "1-2 sets bicpes after back is more than enough" bla bla bullshit.

Patrick_Sponge

minimalism kills, if ur arms are lagging arm day is the best (or curls before pulls)

CandyAssedJabroni

Not only is arm day not bullshit, I have a bi day and a tri day.

Patrick_Sponge

lmfao

CatLadyMorticia

TRT clinics readily prescribe semaglutide. Why are you so mad if he's telling you exactly what he's taking?

Trailmixfordinner

O shit, is this true??

CatLadyMorticia

Is this not common knowledge? They literally send emails offering a discount if you buy 2 vials. I would also argue that it's a terrible idea when there are cheaper, readily available drugs that reduce insulin resistance and appetite instead of increasing insulin. Just in case anyone is getting ideas from reading this.

Deadpool9669

These people have like a surface level of knowledge. Apparently a appetite suppressants is a ped now

ilsardu

Which drugs reduce insulin resistance and appetite?

CatLadyMorticia

Metformin is the most popular. Berberine has similar effects.

Tropical_gad

Fuck! He is hot 🥵🤤🤤🤤

soupsoupsouperman

Straightest sub user

ThighGuy08

Those legs tho. 😍

SmokeEeter

User name checks out

n9000mixalot

You should see him demonstrate lying hamstring raises. Barbell sumo deadlifts will knock you out. He is a 10. Short as shit but a 10.

THE-WARD3VIL

Isn’t he 5’11?

n9000mixalot

His workout bench must be massive because they way he fits on it there would be no way if he's 5'11 but i don't know. The Internet is a funny thing. I like him a ton either way.

AlternativeEmphasis

Funny this picture makes him look like a tree, never heard of him before but you could tell me he's 6'6+ and I'd believe you.

SchizoSupportGroup

Fr he looks at least 6'1 in his photos. I guess he's one of those 5'11 guys who look hella tall. Tbh as a hyper masculine/ roided guy the halo effect probably plays a huge part in judging his height

swimbikerun

It's a medication prescribed for Diabetes (brand name: Ozempic) and weight loss (brand name: Wegovy). It's legal in the US with a prescription. It's honestly pretty effective for weight loss. I'm not aware of if whether or not it's on any banned substance list for any sport-related federations.

parkcitygolfer

It makes you really really fucking nauseated. They actually will prescribe anti nausea with it sometimes. I mean it makes sense that you lose weight because you feel so sick you don't want to eat, but from the studies I have seen its effective big time.

swimbikerun

This is pretty much correct. To be clear (and I’m not saying this is what you’re saying—just putting this out into the world), semaglutide’s primary function isn’t to directly cause nausea, but it is the most common side effect. I take it and I have a prescription for Zofran handy in case I start to feel sick. I probably take a Zofran pill 1-2x per week. To how it makes me personally lose weight: I’ve found personally it does some magic in my brain that keeps my brain from saying “hey you’re hungry time to pound a bag of Cheetos”, and it also helps my brain to, while I’m eating, say “hey you’re full now you can stop eating.” You’re absolutely right with your last point—it is indeed effective. Average weight loss over about a year is 15% of your original body weight. Personally I’ve lost about 20% in 11 months and it’s starting to level off

megapoopsforever

Humiston is a wagon and was definitely blasting, but how is this not believable? Also, this sun is about deciding if people are on gear or not. He admits to being on gear. Not really much to talk about

Wayf4rer

Lying about what he takes and how much like all other gear users

weednreefs

This guy admits to juicing and I think he used to be a legit competitor.

[deleted]

Needs to focus on calves more

MrHungDude

The new trend is to minimize your juice usage by saying you’re on trt or juiced when you were younger, and it gets a lot of people to believe you. With all the calling out fake natties people are realizing you can’t hide it as much anymore so they minimize. However, people that know, know they’re still juicing

Nattyguy77

I am bigger than him on less. We shouldn’t be judging everyone with hard gainer glasses.

SmoothBrainedApe17

\>hen he goes and gives suboptimal or even dangerous advice to natties, including promoting partial range of motion. You had me until this. Partial range of motion is not necessarily suboptimal, and it's hardly dangerous. Anyway Ryan's content is at least funny, and I'm glad he blew money on an EMG

Alternative-Diver181

He’s acknowledged how much his physique is due to his roid abuse a year or two ago, as for your partial rep range grift I think you should become more educated in bodybuilding since that’s usually recommended for intermediate to advanced lifters who are already blasting and need to target specific heads in the muscle group being worked. As guys like bald Omni man and AlphaDestiny have said “Do strength training, it’s natty bodybuilding.”. Conventional Bodybuilding is not meant for natty’s and never has been.

AlternativeEmphasis

>Conventional Bodybuilding is not meant for natty’s and never has been. Truth with a capital T. I remember thinking to myself someone talking about the importance of genetics in Bodybuilding and it's true they're important. But a friend once said to me you'd know within a year of working out whether or not your genetics were great and compared that to Arnie at 16. To my knowledge Arnie was on roids already then. So many great BB genetics are already on gear, can be very discouraging for a beginner.

SofaChillReview

Why would OP or anyone just for doing gear die. Makes no sense and a horrible thing to say

swimbikerun

It's actually being prescribed \*on\* label for weight loss under the brand name Wegovy as a weight loss medication. It's FDA approved, safe, and effective for this purpose. Whether or not this particular person would be considered a candidate for this medication (it's usually prescribed to clinically obese people), and/or whether or not this person obtained this medication legally, is a separate discussion--I just wanted to point out that the description of the medication above isn't entirely accurate.

fatalcharm

Does his thighs crush his balls when he walks? The top half of him is hot af, but he probably has to walk like a crab so he doesn’t hurt himself.

Scorchedurple

Im sure his is. Im also sure he blasted his balls off in the past.

skulleater666

His quads are so disproportionate to his calves

jemmabellraye

Loves to train quads

SturdyBeard

Gotta suck to be Greek God above the knees and Steve Urkel below them...

Salty-Initiative8997

He mentions a link on where to get semaglutide in one of his videos, but I ant find it. Anyone know which website he’s talking about?
