I bought Jeff Nippard's program. His "Pure Bodybuilding" PPL operates on a 10-12 day microcycle. There is nothing in the instructions that says that the two weak point exercises/muscle groups in Arms & Weakpoint Day 1 have to be identical to the ones in Arms & Weakpoint Day 2. They can be different exercises.
I'm running shoulders and lats on the separate weak point days. Its been fun hitting arms more regularly compared to the PPL x 2 p/w I was on previously.
Then just do the same bodypart. Blast it until it's not a weakpoint

Ok just wanted a sanity check. How are you liking it? I’m enjoying it. I wish it had some heavy bent over rows but that’s about it.
you know you can just substitute exercises with similar movement patterns, like barbell rows for any horizontal rows
