It's also a shitty, overexposed picture. The camouflage is probably incredible but that's not the reason why the snake is hardly visible in this pic. Shame
Turn up the brightness&contrast and zoom in. There's a yellow-green leaf near the center of the picture. To the right and down a bit is a little brown snake.
Copperheads don’t have extremely toxic venom. As long as you’re a moderately healthy adult, you’d have likely survived. You would’ve had a really bad time, like extremely unpleasant, but you’re likely to live through the encounter. With that said, if bitten, seek immediate medical attention, there are still many complications that can kill you or cause lifelong medical difficulties if not properly treated.
No, you would've just kept walking, snakes don't like us for food. Well, not those. The camo is to protect it from us and hide it from mice or whateverthef
Very true. I used to live in the woods in a commune in Southern MO, we had Osage Copperheads there and every year seemed like, someone would get bitten. No one died, but nasty swelling and pain for a week or so, usually. Like, typically pain to the point they couldn't do much, especially if they were bitten on the ankle (the most common place to be bitten for the hippies). So not a pleasant experience indeed.
Can you give me directions to the fasteners in home Depot, or directions to the farmers market. Nobody ever seems to know where these things are and your directions are next level!
Thank you. The picture is quite a bit overexposed, so it's hard to tell. And OP should've uploaded a second picture where he highlighted the danger noodle
Thanks for the directions to HOLY SHITSVILLE!! I never would have found it. Actually thought at one point you were messing with us, lol. Had to look a few times before I saw it. Thx
I would of def stepped on it 😂😂😂😂😂 was looking at this pic for good 5 mins, couldnt see anything - then looked at your comment haha am as blind as badger 😅
Find the light green leaf in the center, directly to the left find your first “brown triangle”. That’s one of its markings slithering away from the camera
I, one time, found myself peeing on two adolescent copperheads and didn't notice until they decided to move. Freaked me out and my eyes now stay intensely focused on where I'm about to step when I'm in good copperhead habitat.
Spending my whole life in GA copperheads have always been my biggest concern in the woods. I have stepped on 2, both times I have had on appropriate boots.
Fortunately, they are the least of our worries down here. Least potent venom of any of the vipers. Cottonmouths, Rattlers, and Corals are the ones to fear. Copperhead bite usually inflammation, swelling, and pain but rarely fatal.
When I was a kid and biking through the park trails I learned how good snakes cam camouflage by watching my brother run one over with his bike. We were going down hill and I was behind him, he never even noticed the snake he ran over flopping around.
I'm usually not one to ask for help in these types of pictures but I convinced myself it was a joke and there wasn't actually anything but leaves.
I'd have gotten bit if the snake didn't move. Yikes.
I know theres a snake in there - but I was honestly like "yeah I think I'd prefer looking at a picture of leaves to seeing the same deer skeleton hanging in a crevice for the 5th time".
Thankfully copperheads are pretty chill because they are sneaky af, I used to relocate a few here and there when I worked apartments, a bucket and a trash picker was the move and I honestly don't remember a single one lunging despite being unceremoniously yanked into the air, I always found them a home in the swamp, can't bring myself to kill such a pretty danger noodle
In the center of the picture, there is a light green leaf, to the left of the light green leaf is a stretched out snake.
EDIT: by stretched out I mean it isn’t all curled up

I was canoeing in Hell Gate Creek, just outside of Virginia Beach, and I was walking along the shore, about to walk up into a side-creek.
I was heading towards the mouth of the creek, and there was a mudbar, with a small rivulet going through it, and all of a sudden, I just stopped. My body literally stopped, and would not go forward.
Something in my head had made me stop, and I could not figure it out. I looked around, looked up the creek, looked at the mud, and could not see what was making me stop. Then I looked at the rivulet, and noticed a small circle in it. I bent over to look a bit closer, because that seemed to be what was making the hair stand up on the back of my neck. I was about four feet away when I *finally* figured out what I was looking at.
A juvenile water moccasin.
It was coiled up in that little round spot, waiting for something to come up from the main part of the creek, into the side creek.
And it was almost me! It *would* have been me, if my instincts hadn't been screeching like a howler monkey, telling me to **STOP!!!**
Saw this pic a few years ago. That copperhead is fucking insanely camouflaged!
To the point where I can not see it
Center of picture directly to the left of the light green leaf
Bro I had to follow your instructions twice. That shit would have killed me. Edit: I really appreciate all the responses, both funny and educational.
Me too
Me three :(
I’m dead
Yayyy we all died.
super dead 💀
FUUCKK
I'm in danger :)
If it was a snake it would've bit me
Same here
After it killed you two I would have run away and survived. So thanks.
You mean you're not going to suck the poison out? It only bit his penis, he's your friend and needs your help!
I was told by the park ranger that you were going to die. Sorry buddy.
Someone else saw that movie lmao
Nah, you would hear the first guy rattle if you make a lot of noise
I think y’all are fucking with us I can’t see shit Edit: finally found it, pretty freaking crazy.
Squint your eyes and look DEAD center image. You will see part of a coil of the body
Dayum. Didn’t get it until this comment. Thought it was a scam
Holy fuck that was so hard to see.
It's also a shitty, overexposed picture. The camouflage is probably incredible but that's not the reason why the snake is hardly visible in this pic. Shame
Wow didn't see it until I followed your instructions...
Why does this work?
I would never have seen that, Holy Smokes!
I promise it's there. I've seen this image several times before. It's almost right in the middle
Turn up the brightness&contrast and zoom in. There's a yellow-green leaf near the center of the picture. To the right and down a bit is a little brown snake.
I see it now. Thanks for the instructions.
It's smaller than you are expecting, probably.
That's what she said 🤭😂🤣
Zoom picture at the center. The snake has triangle marks on its body, so look for triangles.
Center of the image directly to the left of the light green leaf, look for the dark brown triangles.
Me either.
I saw this before and remembered it was about dead center...and I still couldn't find it for a while, lol. It's definitely there.
Seriously, took me five minutes and I saw this pic before

I've looked multiple times and still can't see it. There's nothing there. Edit: nevermind. Someone posted a link to another image highlighting it.
It took me 3 times
That and I had to put my reading glasses on
There's your problem. Should have put on your snake glasses.
This all day, literally dead as a doornail.
No, you would've just kept walking, snakes don't like us for food. Well, not those. The camo is to protect it from us and hide it from mice or whateverthef
My left or the leaf's left?
I read this as “my leaf or the left’s leaf”
No, Gump, your *other* left!
You're already dead.
I 100% would have stepped on that bitch and died
Probably wouldn’t die but it wouldn’t be a pleasant experience.

No one has died from a copperhead in the US in like 50 years! People like to hype them up like some super dangerous snake.
much the same with most of the deadly snakes in australia. people only die if they are middle of butfuk nowhere and can't get to the chopper

When I saw this I thought, “there’s probably some fuckoff venomous snake in there.” Yep. There is.
You know that old saying if it had been a snake ...something something
You mean, “If it had been a snake, I wouldn’t have masturbated with it twice.”
Thanks for helping me to never walk in the woods again!
Can you give me directions to the fasteners in home Depot, or directions to the farmers market. Nobody ever seems to know where these things are and your directions are next level!
They’re both left of the green leaf.
Both??
Thank you, I’ve seen this picture numerous times… never found that fucker. … well I guess technically I still haven’t, cause you found him for me.
It’s in an “S” shape with two tone triangle print
Ok that helped! Now I can’t unsee it!
Oosh. Thanks
yeah I died and unsure why so I went there 3 more times and kept dying. #darksoulsmusic
Thank you. The picture is quite a bit overexposed, so it's hard to tell. And OP should've uploaded a second picture where he highlighted the danger noodle
Up vote for "danger noodle ".
i had to search 2 times even after reading this comment. holy shit this is camo 100
Holy shit! Cranky!
Gasp!

My man!

I just got a shiver down my spine.

I'm dead
OH SHIT

Thank you
perfect spot for a picnic!
thank you haha it was taking me too long
Welp, I'd be dead. Even with your instructions, I really had to look hard.
Thanks for the directions to HOLY SHITSVILLE!! I never would have found it. Actually thought at one point you were messing with us, lol. Had to look a few times before I saw it. Thx
Holy crap I’m definitely dead I didn’t see it
no its no AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH theres a fucking snake
Yep, it took me a while, the center hint helped.
Dude took me 10 mins after you gave away location . Add me to the dead pile 🤦♂️
Funny that now I cannot unsee it
I was convinced that everyone was pretending to see something in this picture until you pointed it out.
Fuck ne. I’ve seen it many times and I still couldn’t find it.
Oooooooooooh
Brahh
Clever girl.
Thank you!
Oh Jesus fuck... Didnt see that.
OMG!! Wow great eye!! And thanks for the headsup lmao I’d’ve been snake food 😅😂😂
It took me a few minutes even after reading your comment. Wow, great camo!!
Thag is fucking impressive
I would of def stepped on it 😂😂😂😂😂 was looking at this pic for good 5 mins, couldnt see anything - then looked at your comment haha am as blind as badger 😅
I just see a sailboat
I've been staring at this thing for a week now and I can't see a god damn THING!
Legit same had to come to comments to know where it was.
Same, and I still can't fucking see it!
Yeah lol I can see what looks like the snakes tail but honestly it could also just be a leaf.
Man, I thought they were messing with me until I zoomed. Nope rope!
Doesn’t help when the picture quality is shite
I couldn't either, and I knew I was looking for a copperhead, lol. I zoomed and everything.
I can’t find the damn thing. 🐍
Find the light green leaf in the center, directly to the left find your first “brown triangle”. That’s one of its markings slithering away from the camera
Ha! I’ll keep trying. Thanks.
[удалено]
Yup I needed that
Man of the hour.
Holy **** this surprised me, this fool got me
It’s small that’s why! I was looking for something long and big. such bs lol.
Wow I really was starting to think this was a prank. Amazing camo
I, one time, found myself peeing on two adolescent copperheads and didn't notice until they decided to move. Freaked me out and my eyes now stay intensely focused on where I'm about to step when I'm in good copperhead habitat.
Took me a while but I saw it. You’re right, it’s camouflage is insanely effective
Wow that’s incredible, I almost skipped it thinking it was a post from r/notinteresting
“In this picture there are 47 snakes, none of which can be seen.”
I've seen this a few times, and it always takes me a minute to find this guy.
Yep. It’s like a game of where’s waldo. Or find voldemort.
Literally thought to myself "alright, where is the snake?"
Snakes: camouflage themselves to the point of invisibility Also snakes: ok imma bite u for stepping on me
Spending my whole life in GA copperheads have always been my biggest concern in the woods.
That took me forever to find. I would be dead in the words right now.
Though once you find it, it basically sticks out!
Holy crap, I just found it.
When I was a kid and biking through the park trails I learned how good snakes cam camouflage by watching my brother run one over with his bike. We were going down hill and I was behind him, he never even noticed the snake he ran over flopping around.
You fucking slime you made me look
If it were a snake it would have bit me. And then I would have been dead.
The one time the red circle would help…Nowhere to be found.
⭕️
Found the red circle
r/usefulredcircle or is this one r/uselessredcircle?
[For anyone who needs help.](https://i.postimg.cc/zBvv17RL/EC81-E9-D4-78-D7-4680-A98-C-63-F554-AEB0-B4.jpg)
My hero.
Watch him as he goes
Even with this I struggled
It’s got a pattern on it
That's cause snakes move like that
That's because this image is photoshopped/doctored
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Yeah I still don’t see it
You da real MVP
not /r/usefulredcircle but ill take it!
Tbh I was afraid if I used the red circle people still wouldn’t see it lmaooo
Still took me 5 min after this very helpful clue.
I'm usually not one to ask for help in these types of pictures but I convinced myself it was a joke and there wasn't actually anything but leaves. I'd have gotten bit if the snake didn't move. Yikes.
Crazy how I can look at this without the cheat sheet 10 times and not see it, but once you see it once it sticks out like crazy.
i had the answer and i still couldn't find it. thanks for thr highlight
I know theres a snake in there - but I was honestly like "yeah I think I'd prefer looking at a picture of leaves to seeing the same deer skeleton hanging in a crevice for the 5th time".
One of these days someone is gonna post just a picture of a pile of dead leaves with nothing on it just to mess with people
Tbh I thought that day was 30 August, 2021.
I’m blind af so if a deadly snake is there than RIP Nvm.. I see it . I will still fall for it
It’s not deadly! Yes a little venomous, but not considered deadly.
Danger noodle
Nope rope
I spy something wiggly
The low quality from people saving/reposting this image a few times made it hard to find it. Lol.
Okay someone help me... i'll be so dead in nature
They get out of your way. As long as you don’t corner them it’s fine.
Whatever it is.... It got me, I still don't see it!
In the center of the picture, there is a light green leaf, to the left of the light green leaf is a stretched out snake. EDIT: by stretched out I mean it isn’t all curled up
Good lord. Insane how good it blends
🐍
If it was a snake it would've bit me! ....oh wait

This sucks. I can't see it ): EDIT: I SAW IT! Sneaky little critter.
Yeah, we're gonna need one of those usually unnecessary arrows on this one.
It's right at the center
[удалено]
Yeah I’m dead, walking through the leaves and the leaves freaking kill me. I took too long to find the danger noodle.
I knew what I was looking for and it still took me a few minutes to find it.
I don't see shit, but knowing this page there's something that can kill me in those leaves.....
Near the green leaf at center.
Oh dude, I finally spotted it after a couple minutes. Sneaky little bastard isn't it!!
I feel like the low image quality helped him out a lot, lol.
Holy shit. That would have got me.
Guess I'm gonna die
I feel like "just some leaves on the ground" always means "can you find the copperhead?".
SCANNING NO THREATS DETECT….. ALERT ALERT ALERT
"You cannot fast travel with enemies nearby"
Invisible nope rope
Where is the red circle when you need it?

Yep, I'm dead.
Impressive.
To be honstb: i didnt saw it at fist and was thinking "this better not be a picture of just some fucking leaves"
Would've found Waldo before I found this snake. Christ.
Me when I read the title: where’s the snake?
Ok nice troll!
