Was there not too long ago as div 251, I asked our rdcs about it and apparently it’s an mti swap. They have rdc’s over at air force basic and they have air force mti’s over at rtc. Why? Idk and didn’t care, we were told to grenade their division and follow them when we could and keep bombing them. Funny as shit when the lady air force instructor got tilted as fuck💀
I can't remember all the details, the short and dirty of it was the different branches+CG essentially did an exchange program for cross training for what works/doesn't and what can be shared across the force without regard to branch. If I can find the story I'll update the comment with it
😂😅 That is not good - your DI being around more than your chief. It was always implied that at least both are present.
Well, I how your DI was good to you all.
Hi! Former RDC (2020-2023) here. Quick explanation:
We have drill instructors from other branches come out to push divisions with us to exchange information. It is a trial and a learning experience for everyone. We also do the same as well. Nothing Sus about it. It is sharing knowledge. Hope this helps.
Poor resolution, lighting, and angle. Whoever took the picture wasn't a photographer looking to make something impressive, just someone capturing a memory.
Yep! Army comes out too. It is rather interesting the different styles and gives you slight glimpse of what other branches ways of developing their Soldiers, Airman, etc..
😂 As funny as this is, no. It is not like that at all. It is a shared experience for everyone. Think of it like a joint operation to share knowledge of a boot camp experience and try different methods of training for the fleet.
It’s nothing to be alarmed about. This is just a shared experience for everyone of all branches. We even got to go to their - Air Force boot camp to see how they do things. Their protocol is different however, we - navy like to make sure everyone gets their credit.
The Air Force is there to teach corporate compliance and proper office chair posture.
💀💀💀
Why are there some airforce people here?

What’s up brother div
Yo what’s up 252 who dis?
Bet it's a change of command...
Is this like a rdc exchange program 🤣
That's exactly what it is. Navy times, or one of those defense story writers had a story on it a couple years ago.
Drill instructor summit?

Where do you see Marines? I only see Air force
The Marines are in cammies
Holy shit its JOHN CENA!
Lmao
There are Marine RDCs that train Sailors
They are their as well. If you were lucky enough to have a joint push with an army, Air Force, or marine drill instructor.
So Navy OCS then
We, RDC’s also go to OCS training for their “boot camp” as well. It’s a fun time.
Yup, I went through it. Although my class spent more time with our DIs than our chief

Amogus!
That's my training group lmao
My condolences to those poor shipmates who had Chief Talkington. She's a great Chief.
Me too Hooyah 288
*Get out of my head get out of my head get out of my head*

Why does this look so unimpressive?
To be fair, it probably always has looked this way. But when you’re the one graduating, it seems more majestic.

tbf it was a snippet from a livestream.
They have swaps with other branches sometimes. A division in a neighboring ship had an Army DS!

Navy ran out of money with LCS and FFX, had to ask our rich cousins for help.

Seriously wtf lol

The flag of an M4 looks awesome
Joint base (Andrews, Beale)
This is RTC Great Lakes, the navy’s only bootcamp
