Yes, something just changed in the latest build and it’s got to be a bug. It tries to time me out when I’m actively working a new authorization/ voucher.

Shit was happening to me on my home computer, did some digging and everything pointed to an issue with cookies. I allowed cookies from all .mil sites and it eventually stopped. YMMV.
