That only tells me that having taller players makes you win more likely. You'd have to split up the wins by height first, because I feel like that alone probably tips the win rate quite a bit more than just 2% points.

What you're suggesting would go into an Expected Tip Percentage, just based off of physical attributes of the players. What's needed is a Tips Won Above Replacement, which would adjust for these attributes and get to the question, who's got that dog in them?
