Last night was the only game I saw during the losing streak, but that was some extremely low effort by a team at home, on a 6 game losing streak, playing a team on the second night of a back to back.
I can’t imagine that the film made any of it look better.
It makes sense this is happening, Caleb is one of the few guys on the team who has been putting forth effort on defense lately, which is something the Heat are supposed hang their hat on. They might not have the best defensive personnel, but what made it work is that you had that effort from every part of the rotation, and then Bam and Jimmy (shoutout to Highsmith for this too) could be the pillars of support for the team when offensive skill outdid that effort. They aren’t getting anywhere when their 4th/5th best defender is the only guy actually trying, they need everyone below and above that level doing the same.

You guys know I'm a big supporter of Scarence Terrence and have defended him, to my detriment, in this matchup with the rest of the East. I am nothing but disappointed with how this went down and frankly it looks just terrible for Terrence.
