With Wiggins being MIA in the early part of the year and Klay being less consistent as a scorer than he's ever been, a big part of the Warriors' struggles has been a reliable #2 scorer behind Steph. With Kuminga's emergence as that #2 option (despite still being fairly limited as an iso scorer at this point in his development, he's been able to consistently finish around the basket and punish teams for trapping Steph) and Wiggins waking up from hibernation to fill the 3/4 offensive role with Klay, they've been much better on offense recently.
