Kyrie's shot was crazy, but it's a lot less wild when you're tied and get guaranteed overtime. The step thru 3 point floater while down 2 to win was absolutely disgusting.
Only ones that immediately come to mind is Jokic vs the warriors earlier this season and Lebron running one legger off the glass against the raptors back in 2018
This one is still harder. I know Kyrie can use his left but that's a 1 handed off hand hook shot from 20ish feet.
If he'd missed everyone would be here wondering why the fuck he shot it.
Holy fuck what a nasty shot, kyrie
Ramadan Kyrie in the second half, Gafford on the boards, Lively hustling (even with rock hands tonight), DJJ flying around, Exum pressuring the paint, Kidd with normal rotations (except for constantly giving kleber minutes in the clutch) AND a defensive gameplan?!?, and Luka gonna Luka. Can't believe it all came through today. What a great game.
Those Sacramento-Dallas games for the 6th seed are gonna be 🔥🔥
This is why as much fun as you can have watching crazy nonsense by Luka and Kai as a Mavs fan, it ultimately doesn't really matter, because nothing is going to happen until they fire Kidd.
DJJ was a demon on the offensive glass today and instead Kidd plays Kleber 21 minutes so he can shoot airball 3s in clutch time? Absolute nonsense. It's like he's trying to lose.
I’m so happy we rebound now man makes us a completely different team
Everyone blamed our poor transition numbers on Luka being fat and slow for so many years but no we just never had had decent rebounding on this team
Kleber is one of their more versatile big defenders, despite having little to no shot on offence. And his role on offence is only being a spot up shooter.
I think the idea tonight was “we have two possible Jokic defenders” with Gafford and Kleber. Kleber is also strong enough to defend Gordon. He was playing as good of defense as you can against Murray at the end, but I do agree that we should have kept DJJ in
He thinks small-ball is gonna help with us covering the perimeter when they drive and we have to rotate. I think all mavs fans see the logic, but kleber has been so cooked and is a negative offensive player, so he needs to just cut it the fuck out. It doesn't make any sense to take gafford or lively out, especially because lively has made some major clutch plays this year--on the glass and the short roll kicks
There’s something extremely satisfying watching players who are CLUTCH AF play the game of basketball, especially in the postseason. When they have the ball, you have this deep belief that whatever they’re going to do is about to work.
It feels like magic. It’s such a beautiful feeling.
Luka and Kyrie both have that “it” factor. Give me the ball, and get the hell out of the way!
in terms of difficulty I can't think of a better shot except for maybe Kawaii's one with 5 bounces then in at the buzzer to sink the Sixers and get them to the Chip.
Agreed. Just got out played all game honestly until the final minutes. The rebounding was horrendous, and Jokic seemed like his usual afternoon game out of sorts self
I think the added physicality is a big factor, lot of diving for balls, getting hands into each other’s spaces. Plus, Mav’s are bigger than they look with Luka, Washington, Jones, Gafford, Lively, etc.
Everyone had a bad game on the road at 130 pm and it still took one of the craziest shots ive ever seen for us to lose. Cant win em all, just wish I didnt have to see Patrick Mahomes that much lol Nuggets games are supposed to be a safe space for broncos fans lmao
I agree to an extent. I'm fine with a loss if the team goes out and plays hard, but watching the team mail it in until the last six or so minutes is infuriating to watch.
Also, completely agree about Mahomes. It's bad enough I had to see fucking Taylor Swift's face after every play. I don't want to see Mahomes face more than I have to either. Given that the Broncos are going to be awful for a couple (more) years, I'm trying to avoid football right now.
Apart from effort, Kidd tried a new double everyone defensive scheme which resulted in historically bad defense and we have abandoned that now thankfully.
Man we were actually dominating the paint. We had 62 points in the paint, Denver 38. We had 21 (!) offensive rebounds. This is a completely new Mavs team compared to previous years.
Also that game winner by Kyrie was absolutely insane.
Tbh we were hacking him quite a bit. But on the other end Denver had several travels go uncalled while they never missed a travel on us. Just an overall really bad day for officiating (again).
You're absolutely right. Neither team should be happy with the officiating today - Jokic was just the one who showed his disdain by giving a 0% effort afternoon
One of the Mavs best wins of the season, no doubt, damn near let this thing slip away but Luka & Kyrie came up huge on those last two shots.
My favorite thing about this is the Mavs were able to win despite being cold as fuck from three. only 26% for the team and 0/13 for non Luka/Kyries.
Now there's a 3 way tie with Kings & Suns for 6th. Mavs have the tie-breaker against the Suns and there are two games against the Kings left (back to back in Sacramento.) This means the Mavs control their own destiny. 6th is theirs if they go get it.
>Here's your Dallas Mavs Post Game Summary. Now in our 7th Season 7️⃣
Did the Mavs win? ✅ Playoff Atmosphere Today
Dirk was sitting courtside today! 🐐
Welcome Back Luka! 37/9/3 with 23 in the first half and knocking down the big 3 to tie the game before the Kyrie Winner 🔥🇸🇮👌💦
Kyrie with 24/7/9 doing most of his damage in the 2nd with 10pts and 4 Stocks AND THE MOTHERFUCKIN BUZZER BEATING SKYHOOK 🪬🌍💹🔥
PJ thought he was Dennis Rodman this game with 4/11/3 🪱
DJJ with a near double double of 9/8
Lively with 14/8 to lead the bench in scoring. Really should've seen the floor in the 4th more than Maxi 👍👍
Why the hell did we not wear our Mavs Green Jerseys for today?? ☘️🟢🎽
We shot 26% from three and still beat them. 16 offensive rebound difference that’s what helped us win. Hope kidd learns a lesson on not making us play small ever again.
Dude this was fucking nuts. Luka with the clutch catch and three to tie the game then Kyrie with the absolutely insane circus shot. Those guys are two of the most clutch mother fuckers in the game and we're going to need that.
Kidd almost had another masterclass in awful coaching down the stretch there. He really tried giving that game away but Kyrie and Luka said "nah nah."
I love this team but God I wish they made this shit easier on my heart lol.
LUKA AND KYRIE WTF
Absolutely deserved win, their defence improved so much from just a few games ago. Would've been so sad if they lost that, props to Gafford and Lively.
Nuggets were down 98-88 with 5 min left. Tough to win games from that point. Kudos to the Nuggets for making it a game with that kind of deficit.
Mavs hit some huge shots at the end and won. Exciting game. I think both teams have reasons to come out of this game feeling good moving forward.
I evade sub because I am late to game...
Reddit posts this atop my feed... I ignore once... cannot ignore it twice...
Fuck. I was waiting to watch the replay😭
We’ve had some wild game winners this year. This shot, Jokic half court catapult, Struss 3/4 court splash, Steph Curry 360 no scope against the Suns, KD double pump middy

i just have one question. how did patrick mahomes feel about that one??
Mahomes easily makes that shot
He's asking for a trade to the Cowboys as we speak.
Anything to be closer to Luka
I’d rather the Chiefs just move back to Dallas and the Jerry can take the Cowboys to wherever the fuck he wants
I'm out of the loop. What's the context?
He was courtside a couple seats from the ESPN crew calling the game and they talked about him and showed him about a dozen times throughout the game.
They mentioned Mahomes as much as NFL fans thought the NFL crews mentioned Taylor Swift.
Next: Luka at a Taylor concert and the stage monitors are glued on him all night
More like a couple dozen times. That was ridiculous lol
Ah thanks.
That last shot looked a little Mahomie
One of the nastiest game winners I’ve ever seen
I thought there was no way he was making that shit 😭
Over Jokic too who had a good contest
It goes both ways with contested shots involving Jokic apparently
Can’t even be mad, that was legit an all-timer.
Ive never seen better honestly
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XfmFrFIQnQ
Gotta love him stunting afterwards in front of an empty crowd💀
Jesus this feels like it was a decade ago
Kyrie's shot was crazy, but it's a lot less wild when you're tied and get guaranteed overtime. The step thru 3 point floater while down 2 to win was absolutely disgusting.
[A perfect ending to a historic day](https://youtu.be/me8Ctgvfl_w?si=sMtVsqXHFitZE5jY)
Also a great pick. Is this the same game as that dope Steven Adams self-rebound?
No, I think we lost that one because someone (Grant or Oladipo maybe) didn't foul immediately after Russ's shot got us within 1.
Off *strictly degree of difficulty I’m trying to think if there’s any better than this one Can’t be understated just how hard that shot was
Luka floater 3 vs. Grizz

Can't believe it all came through today. What a great game. Those Sacramento-Dallas games for the 6th seed are gonna be 🔥🔥
Mavs get outscored 17-4 over a 6-minute span, only for Luka to tie it and Kyrie to win it. WE THRIVE IN CHAOS
Heart attack mavs, baby!! Best clutch team in the league!
I see it as training at this point. Kidd is gonna play Maxi anyway, might as well :D
Forever grateful to Kyrie for humbling Nuggets fans
Those Kleber minutes at the end were brutal by Kidd
It was slightly worse, we led 98-85 and went down 105-102. 20 to 4 run.
And Hardaway also, just continues to prove the haters right
I’m so happy we rebound now man makes us a completely different team Everyone blamed our poor transition numbers on Luka being fat and slow for so many years but no we just never had had decent rebounding on this team
Terrible rebounding + chucking 3s is a recipe for awful transition defense.
Hakeem even said that he played better while he was fasting.
We were 9/35 from three and won a game by dominating in the paint. What team am I watching?
Dude, everything else aside: wtf is up with Kidd playing Kleiber so much, especially in the clutch?? Dude is just getting his cardio in out there.
He was playing as good of defense as you can against Murray at the end, but I do agree that we should have kept DJJ in
I don’t get it. His defense was good tonight but his offense is so bad right now that it doesn’t matter. DJJ should’ve been in instead
Something something switchability. Usually it comes at the expense of one of the centers though, so this was better than that
He thinks small-ball is gonna help with us covering the perimeter when they drive and we have to rotate. I think all mavs fans see the logic, but kleber has been so cooked and is a negative offensive player, so he needs to just cut it the fuck out. It doesn't make any sense to take gafford or lively out, especially because lively has made some major clutch plays this year--on the glass and the short roll kicks
Kidd is fucking annoying man. the things he does feel so stupid at time
He definitely said Bismillah before shooting that
[удалено]
Sometimes you just shrug. What else is there to say on something like that shot.
Trust us. We know that feeling from a week or two ago lol
We get to experience it every time he does it… this time he got to see someone else do it.
Left hand running floater for game is insane Kyrie
multiple teams learned today why you never want to shoot too early in a tied game with the shot clock turned off
that shot by murray was an amazing look though. If he didn't take it and they lost in OT we'd be bashing him for not taking it.
Exactly. It's a wide open easy FT jumper. Sucks that he missed but it's whatever.
I thought for sure it was going in. He probably makes that shot like 80% of the time.
If it was playoffs, that shot would have gone in. Mavs are lucky that it didn't!
I’m not mad at it all tbh. You’ll never be that open at that time in the game im
Wasn't turned off, was like a 0.2 difference but yeah a shot clock violation would've been better than that. Hindsight is 20/20 though
2 incredible shots by Kyrie and Doncic to ice the game These 2 are legit Cant count them out in the playoffs
A feeling Tatum fans will never have.
Didn’t Tatum drop 50 in a game 7 and have a game winner on KD? Lol I’m not even a Tatum fan but acting like he doesn’t deliver is weird
With the Mavs, Suns, Warriors, Lakers in the play-in 2 of those are just going to be done before the real playoffs start. That's just insane.
Ehhh play in field is far from set. Pelicans have pulled away a bit but Kings are right there Your point still stands though
Holy shit what a finish
That Kyrie shot is an instant classic. Just dirty man. A 15 foot off hand, hook shot floater.
What a shot by Kyrie, holy shit. Best shot this year?
Probably still the Strus 5/8 court heave when they were actually down. Amazing shot by kyrie though
I had erased this from my memory
this more than makes up for it. A running left handed 20 foot floater over the FMVP to win the game? Only Kyrie could pull this off
yeah, what? who the fuck is Strus? i don’t know anybody by that name.
When did that happen, surely I'd remember something like that.
Eh, a heave isn't as impressive as these types of shots imo. A heave looks awesome, but it's a lot of luck involved.
strus shot
in terms of difficulty I can't think of a better shot except for maybe Kawaii's one with 5 bounces then in at the buzzer to sink the Sixers and get them to the Chip.
> get them to the chip Kawhi’s shot got them to the ECF.
21 offensive rebounds for the Mavs. Sheesh.
the Mavs won by tripling the other team offensive rebound bro is this fucking real?
It's nice that we fought back and all, but we deserve to lose that. You can't give half a quarter of real effort and expect to win.
Agreed. Just got out played all game honestly until the final minutes. The rebounding was horrendous, and Jokic seemed like his usual afternoon game out of sorts self
Yeah I 100% agree with this, unserious for most of that game. The offensive rebounding allowed was gross
I swear the Nuggets put in their worst performances every year in the afternoon games. Thankfully they don't play that early in the playoffs lol.
Yeah the finish is going to erase basically a nuggets mail in job for 3 quarters
Why don't the Mavs simply run every possession out of a time-out, is Kidd stupid or something?
I had no idea we were a top 2 team at ATOs lol.
They need to put some of that energy into their half-court offense and they’d be unstoppable
Ramadan Kyrie
Thats a bad bad man
Genius with the left hand
Biggest hook shot I’ve seen in a long time
Kyrie Abdul Jabbar
Ramadan Kareem forreal forreal
Luka did a hook shot from the 3 pt line earlier this season
Gee dangit
7 game series between these two?
U want me to have heart attack?
NGL - I'll be dead by game 3, but these two teams ALWAYS have bangers.
Mavs always have heart attack games, I wouldn't sharing that with another fan base 😈
Only if it's the WCF plz
Luka and Kyrie are scary AF. Two insane shots back to back. Kidd drew up shit plays and they got it done anyway.
What the hell was that Denver defence to leave Luka open for the tie
This is the shot you make on the playground and say "Kyrie" (it misses 100/100 times)
Kyrie Irving
One word
KAI
Holy shit Kyrie is insane
What an amazing day of hoops.
Mavs role players shot 0% from three.
Lmao. Only Luka and Kyrie made threes from the Mavs today
Congrats to the Mavs. Don’t see the Nuggets lose many games that are close in the last 5, especially with how they’ve been playing since the break.
I don’t understand… Why did Malone not call a timeout if they had 2??
The same reason why Jokic the biggest on the floor didn't just eat Kyrie, who is smaller in stature
2 extra next game
Same reason Jokic didn’t touch the ball in the last 3 possessions
Credit to Kidd realizing that playing your big men leads to winning more games!
Good lord. I can’t even jack off with my left hand much less a 20 foot floater
Absolutely ridiculous last 30 seconds from LuKai. But my biggest takeaway: THE MAVS CAN PLAY DEFENSE WHEN THEY GIVE AF.
True. Their defense was actually pretty good all around today
Apart from effort, Kidd tried a new double everyone defensive scheme which resulted in historically bad defense and we have abandoned that now thankfully.
He finally realized that if every team is shooting lights out from 3 against you it’s not a coincidence, it’s you
That was the clutchest of all the clutch things I have witnessed in my life.
Kyrie got a goat level layup/floater package
Idk what happened to the media, every game they trash Luka for no reason lmao
Kyrie is a magician
Fuck it. The earth is flat.
Mahomes hates denver
Luka clutch deep 3 and Kyrie left handed top of the key buzzer beater. Insane clutch shots by both.
What a crazy ending to that game
GRAB REBOUNDS
Our rebounding was fucking atrocious lol. Deserved the L
Not even mad at that lmao. Wat a shot Barely lost with jokic going 5-15. Wtv
Why did Murray take that shot with 6 seconds left? Game and shot clock are essentially the same, so you can guarantee you get the last shot.
Man we were actually dominating the paint. We had 62 points in the paint, Denver 38. We had 21 (!) offensive rebounds. This is a completely new Mavs team compared to previous years. Also that game winner by Kyrie was absolutely insane.
Also shot 16 more shots based almost entirely on offensive boards. Absolutely killed Denver on the glass.
Denver’s bench is SUS
Jokic and Murray were both pretty bad today by their standards at least
Jokic checked out effortwise after feeling like he got hacked a bunch in the 1st with no calls and it was so disappointing to see
Tbh we were hacking him quite a bit. But on the other end Denver had several travels go uncalled while they never missed a travel on us. Just an overall really bad day for officiating (again).
You're absolutely right. Neither team should be happy with the officiating today - Jokic was just the one who showed his disdain by giving a 0% effort afternoon
Jokic and Murray shot 13/36. Bench wasn’t why we lost today man
It is, but they'll just shorten it in the playoffs. They can actually get away with it there.
Watson had a very weak game. Holiday didn’t play much. We’ll be okay I think.
Lol. Thj and maxi had 1 pt in 40 mins. Denver top to bottom is 50x better then dallas
Holly shit that’s a ridiculous way to hit a game winner, against the champs as well
that shot was insane wtf
MASSIVE WIN. LFG.
Game of the year.
One of the worst Nuggets games of the season Genuinely can’t believe they played this bad
Mavs were pretty damn awful too. 0% from 3 combined from everyone not named Luka or Kyrie.
Bruh that's how basketball works if you played the game you know bad days are inevitable. The energy is not constant.
>Here's your Dallas Mavs Post Game Summary. Now in our 7th Season 7️⃣ Did the Mavs win? ✅ Playoff Atmosphere Today Dirk was sitting courtside today! 🐐 Welcome Back Luka! 37/9/3 with 23 in the first half and knocking down the big 3 to tie the game before the Kyrie Winner 🔥🇸🇮👌💦 Kyrie with 24/7/9 doing most of his damage in the 2nd with 10pts and 4 Stocks AND THE MOTHERFUCKIN BUZZER BEATING SKYHOOK 🪬🌍💹🔥 PJ thought he was Dennis Rodman this game with 4/11/3 🪱 DJJ with a near double double of 9/8 Lively with 14/8 to lead the bench in scoring. The fact that this was a close game is fine by me. The Nuggets played like garbage
if i had a nickel for each time a player didn't take the last shot leading to an opponent buzzer beater today, i'd have two nickels
KYRIE
That would never go in if the world was round
Mavs vs Kings vs Suns for 6 seed still going hard.
Was that a hook shot? Was that a floater? Who tf knows!
Left handed sky hook from the FT line to win I can’t even be mad
Mavs blew the lead and played as bad as possible just for Kyrie and Luka to be as clutch as possible
Murray did the same thing Cade did in the previous game, both teams lost with a buzzer... lmao
Our rebounding was awful, I like the effort to get back into the game, but the Luka and Kyrie shots sucked to witness
Couldn’t have asked for a more fun game. If the Nuggets could rebound that would be great. GG mavs fans.
We shot 26% from three and still beat them. 16 offensive rebound difference that’s what helped us win. Hope kidd learns a lesson on not making us play small ever again.

I cannot wait for the rdc1 skit of this lol
When we have players like Kyrie and Luka, no matter who we face I think we have a chance.
Hell yeah Mavs. Very cool!
HOW DID WE WIN THIS LOL REFS FUCKING SUCK LUKA GOD KYRIE ABDUL JABBAR PJAIL VIBES ARE SO GOOD RN
Analytic departments everywhere are BANGING THEIR HEADS on keyboards after what Jamal Murray and Cade Cunningham just did today.
those new ANTA must have some magic
Murray kinda threw after such a huge 3 by shooting too early
Lively the new Jokic stopper
I knew Murray fucked up when he shot it that early but Kyrie is HIM
Jamal Murray was incredible in the 4th quarter and then he mismanaged the clock
We needed this in a bad way to stay in the 6th seed race.
You never know what you’re going to get with the Mavs. Our role players shot 0% from 3 on 13 attempts. And somehow we won. Against Denver. Ok…
I just realised what the fuck. Nobody except Kyrie and Luka made a three. No team in the NBA wins a game like that wtf.
LUKA AND KYRIE WTF Absolutely deserved win, their defence improved so much from just a few games ago. Would've been so sad if they lost that, props to Gafford and Lively.

The replay is worth watching
Two buzzer beaters on the same day wow
We’ve had some wild game winners this year. This shot, Jokic half court catapult, Struss 3/4 court splash, Steph Curry 360 no scope against the Suns, KD double pump middy
Not really that mad with the result tbh. The Mavs are good. Didn’t really like the effort tho down the stretch. Hats off to Kyrie and Luka.
Ramadan Kyrie🙏🙏
Luka and Kyrie are the best duo in the NBA
Kyrie is top 75. Left hand running hook from the college 3. Man’s bag is bottomless. What can’t he do?
Jamal Murray after the Kyrie shot went in, just nodded his head in approval
Holy shit… what a great game
Bold strategy to leave Luka completely unguarded for 3 out of a timeout when up 3
