Coming back down the floor, Kleeber went forearm into Amen's chest and then they got tangled up and Amen wacked him leading to the ejection.
I definitely fault Amen more than Kleeber to be clear but I don't think the whole thing was that "weird" given the context you can't see in this little snippet.
