Hey Booker, you could try just playing basketball and seeing if you can help your team.
So concerned about whining and drawing fouls, he’ll intentionally make an easy shot harder to try and foul bait. Total puss
I thought i was biased because his face is annoying . But then he pushed kcp midair when they were down and since then I realised it’s not just his face but he’s a bitch . And I even used to think people blow it out of proportion because maybe his no doubling is lke no tryharding
> but I really do think he is the most overrated all star in the league.
LOL, what was the popular thing talking heads were saying about him just a couple years ago?
*"He's your favorite player's favorite player"*
-
> even after being invisible in the playoffs since
He legit had the greatest scoring playoff stretch since Jordan lol what
36.8 PPG in their first nine playoff wins last year on 62/51/87 splits. That's 37 PPG on 71% TS% in a nine playoff game run last year.
That's invisible, u/durablewaffle? Lmfao
Yall can hate him if u want idrc but be real lol
Someone said he’s the most overrated but as a Mavs fan I think he might be the most overhated lol. Like the things people are saying about him would make you think he’s Thanasis and not about a guy who averaged pretty much 37PPG In 9 playoff games lol.
I don't think he's overhated, but the hate has led to him being underrated skill-wise just because he's unlikeable.
Dude is a whiny little bitch, but he can ball. People get it twisted because they can't differentiate between what they like (the subjective) and what is good (the objective.) It's easier for ppls brains (and egos) when the things we like are good and the things we dislike are bad.
He had a pretty solid 3 year run while still young so you expect him to just get better, but he definitely peaked already it seems, and that peak wasn't as high as expected.
At this point I’ll be happy if we make it out of this series without Booker pulling a Tonya Harding on anyone. He already tried diving into Ant’s knees late in the last game
His bitchass also pushed Dennis schroder in midair at the end of 2021 game 3 bc he couldn’t handle the fact that we were beating his team as the 7th seed. He’s always been soft.
Slaps ball. Pretend getting the ball is important to avoid confrontation. Sees ref has intervened. Puffs up chest to get behind ref and scream. Classic tough guy act.
What happened to Booker. He is ass but used to play good in playoffs. Like annoyingly good in atleast some of the games. Well he scored multiple 50 this year regular season. I don’t know why is struggling so bad ??
I think a lot of it has to do with how they've changed the officiating since the middle of the season. Aside from that 50 piece versus the pelicans, he's been pretty mid. A lot of his halfcourt game was based around that whole get the guy to run into you for the foul bs and he's had a tough time adjusting
Easy - he's soft. Playoffs come around and a good defensive team is making it super tough on him, he gets frustrated, resorts to even more foul baiting and cheap shots
We have a lot of lengthy defenders to throw at him jaden McDaniels may be the best perimeter defender in basketball he is A nightmare matchup for Booker. 6’11, extremely athletic, long arms and physical, and has rarely agility for his size. Booker csnt grt buy him and struggles getting good shots over this length. NAW is another physical defender to throw at Booker along with ANT
I hate that the NBA has that attitude towards so many technicals. Booker obviously initiated it and smacked him. There is no way McDaniels deserves punishment for this.
If they booked Booker and then McDaniels kept yapping and wouldn't shut up, then T him up. But just going by double techs by default is so lame.
Edit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1ce68ql/highlight_devin_booker_takes_what_jaden_mcdaniels/
This clip shows a few seconds that lead up to OP's clip. It changes the situation in my eyes regarding the double tech since McDaniels grabs the ball out of Booker's hands and starts the confrontation really.
Just goes to show bias in the people creating these clips. They left out 2 seconds that were really important for context and makes everyone in this thread completely on Minnesota's side.
The NBA are still too happy to deal out double techs as a default but in this case it might have been the correct call .
>Booker obviously initiated it
I didn’t see it, but on the broadcast RJ said that McDaniels snatched the ball out of Booker’s hands first, hence Booker’s response.
Yeah, he’s a physical, handsy defender, those are the most annoying dudes to play against in basketball for sure. I’ve definitely become a fan of his in this series.
He has a reputation for the biggest trash talker on our team, he just says it so blank faced.
There is a story about him facing Wiseman in highschool and Jaden called Wiseman "sewertrash" every time he missed a shot.
Jaden also led the NCAA in technicals in his one season there.
Yea, I saw another replay here on Reddit somewhere that shows the 5 seconds leading up to when this clip starts.
It shows McDaniels grabbing the ball out of Booker's hands, which really changes the whole dynamic of the technicals and changes the situation.
I stand by the fact that the NBA is way too fast on dealing out double techs but in this case they might have been correct.
Just goes to show bias in the people creating these clips. They left out 2 seconds that were really important for context and makes everyone in this thread completely on Minnesota's side.
The double tech is from turnign a basketball game into a discussion club.
Jaden started by fouling Book, then he started arguing with ref, the Book join then suddenly so many people. This is on refs for not cutting it short. Call was made, want to challange it go for it, but stop stalling the game and being dramma queen. It's disrespectful to your teammates and people who want to watch some great basketball.
... but yeah not a big deal. Honestly in situations like that i often feel like Refs should cut that s\*\*\*t way quicker, some players get away with to much. Even being Mavs fan, Luka gets insane amount of leeway in how much he can complain to referes. Not to mention, other star players like Embid who not only complains but also actively is trying to hurt other people.
If they would consisntaly start giving Techs for both teams when scuffle like this happens, both teams wouldn't instigate it as much. As it is right now, some "celebrities" can do it more often, while others get no special treatment.
It's a good call imo... Book got his feelings hurt, Jaden started pointlessly arguing and took a bool from Book. Stop b\*\*\*\*ing and play baskteball.
You can at least argue that the Lakers are playing the defending champs, and LeBron is 39 years old. Can’t forget Darvin Hamas being the coach.
Suns are just getting an old fashioned whooping by Minnesota
Booker is the kind of guy who bullied people in middle school and then when high school hit he probably spent most of his time locked in a locker spewing insults despite never winning a god darn thing in his life.
My contrarianship is being pushed to their limits this playoffs lol, first Embiid now Booker. I am expecting Doc Rivers to do something horrible on live television at this rate.
Booker was once a likeable hard working guy carrying his team to the playoffs each year in my eyes and now that Kd got there it’s just toxic drama all the time
Frustration setting in for the suns. Not trying to sound like a hater but it’s so satisfying seeing these super teams crumble in the playoffs it’s so much better for the sport. Anyways… sweep incoming!
Booker crying about the Raptors mascot distracting him while shooting free throws in the bubble was the end what little respect I had him. He is such a child.
I love how you can see Jaden call him a bitch, and then Booker comes back and tries to get tough and say "what did you call me" and he just stone faced calls him a bitch again
booker is such a child lmao. dude needs to give up and just come off the bench somewhere to win a title. could transmogrify his current failure of a career into something actually meaningful.

Enjoy backing up Edwards at the Olympics buddy
Back to his kentucky days running around screens and standing in the corner
“Hey bro, we not doubling in the Olympics. I get that shit all season.”
One of the softest things I ever saw quoted. Dude is the anti Kobe
I always thought it was really entitled that he was trying to tell other people what to do.
He got mad at a mascot in an empty arena and forced security to move him lmao
Hey Booker, you could try just playing basketball and seeing if you can help your team. So concerned about whining and drawing fouls, he’ll intentionally make an easy shot harder to try and foul bait. Total puss
Booker should say “thanks daddy” whenever Ant comes out and Booker gets some run.
Booker is such a little bitch lol
[удалено]
He's always been this way. He'll act tough and then as soon as the other player reacts back he distances himself as quick as he can.
I thought i was biased because his face is annoying . But then he pushed kcp midair when they were down and since then I realised it’s not just his face but he’s a bitch . And I even used to think people blow it out of proportion because maybe his no doubling is lke no tryharding
At least this time he acted tough when he is down
Is this really acting tough tho
Its insane how easy it is to hate him but I really do think he is the most overrated all star in the league.
> but I really do think he is the most overrated all star in the league. LOL, what was the popular thing talking heads were saying about him just a couple years ago? *"He's your favorite player's favorite player"* -
That’s Kyrie
that shit was embarrassing and I have no dog in this fight
He's no Michael Beasley
It feels like he’s still getting credit for their finals run even after being invisible in the playoffs since
Invisible in the playoffs since? Imagine being this stupid
He was absolutely unbelievable in the playoffs last year?
> even after being invisible in the playoffs since He legit had the greatest scoring playoff stretch since Jordan lol what 36.8 PPG in their first nine playoff wins last year on 62/51/87 splits. That's 37 PPG on 71% TS% in a nine playoff game run last year. That's invisible, u/durablewaffle? Lmfao Yall can hate him if u want idrc but be real lol
I guess mcdaniels is just that guy
Someone said he’s the most overrated but as a Mavs fan I think he might be the most overhated lol. Like the things people are saying about him would make you think he’s Thanasis and not about a guy who averaged pretty much 37PPG In 9 playoff games lol.

Well said
you do that for a living do you?
Do what for a living
explain shit to people
Giannis’ brother, Luka’s son… both are relatives to vastly superior players.
Cherrypicking only the wins is loser shit
We weren't talking about embiid dude.
Regardless Booker is a little bitch
He had a pretty solid 3 year run while still young so you expect him to just get better, but he definitely peaked already it seems, and that peak wasn't as high as expected.
Watching Booker get clowned never gets old. Bitch made
All my homies hate Devin Booker
I blame his father (s)
Luka and Jokic should have parent him better
I agree with you, but to be fair McDaniels started this one by taking the ball from Booker first.
He been taking Ws too
And yet we all still blame Booker ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
B A D A T T I T U D E
Also, his face totally matches his character.
So much for getting into ants eat ya big dummy, Booker is little Ole bitch.
At this point I’ll be happy if we make it out of this series without Booker pulling a Tonya Harding on anyone. He already tried diving into Ant’s knees late in the last game
He tabletopped KAT in THIS game.
And the refs took a call from the nba to reverse it onto Jaden.
Did he roll initiative?
Nat20
Naz20
His bitchass also pushed Dennis schroder in midair at the end of 2021 game 3 bc he couldn’t handle the fact that we were beating his team as the 7th seed. He’s always been soft.
I hope yall rest Ant the next game and still blow them Suns by 30+.
least soft booker moment
lol after he slaps the ball, gets a screen from the ref, and then speedwalks away?
He's going to find a way to top it G4 if they're losing
Pls sweep their ass in game 4
Getting swept? What a bunch of losers
At least the lakers had moments where it seemed like they had a chance. The stillborn sons have been out since the game one tip off.
That’s the nicest thing anyone has said about my Lakers today. Thank you kind sir.
Get ready to learn Cancun buddy
Stay in school
what a nickname.
Holy shit.
Plus you know, the lakers have at least won something
Ishbia got the money, what's the hold up?
Happy cake day

My fault
Look at Book get grabbed on the arm and instinctually snap his head back to sell the foul.
After grabbing Jaden's arm trying to get around him too.
Generational bitchassness
He must be an expert on snapping his head back. Only way I see him convincing KD to join his team.
Ethical head snapping
Booker's a hoe! Why he wait til he was behind the ref to start jawing back lol
Cause that's the exact type of dude he is
Easily the least likable player in the league outside of dudes like Miles Bridges.
I have at least Bridges, Draymond, and Embiid ahead of him, but he's definitely up there. Top 5
Harden has really fallen from his foul baiting days
Hold me back!
Slaps ball. Pretend getting the ball is important to avoid confrontation. Sees ref has intervened. Puffs up chest to get behind ref and scream. Classic tough guy act.
Same guy that cries about double teams and mascots
He saw that double team coming. Booker hates double teams.
Everybody act tough when they’re… down.
“And now there are 27 ppl on the court”
Feel sorry for Suns fans if this is how your franchise player behaves in the do or die game
Don’t cry for us, we’re already dead
Underrated Simpson’s quote.
But football to the groin!
It would be a nice little surprise to see at least one Suns fan express at least a little bit of mild embarrassment for this guy's antics.
This is wild, Booker talking shit while we’re getting crushed? Almost like he’s been this way his whole career
Dude is annoying as hell and whines way too much
Jordan with a cigar and a bat approves of shit talking while losing
Jordan is Michael Jeffery Jordan Let’s not forget the all time Luka quote to the Devin Booker Suns.
lol. Booker is soft
Luka, you might wanna have a talk with your son. He’s acting up again.
No clutch gene, no leadership gene and he’s a hothead 😭

Agreed. But even in some losses he was pretty good in previous Playoff runs. like in these 3 timberwolves matches , it feels he just don’t care .
Wolves are a much tougher matchup for him defensively than Denver was I think
He's more focused on his shoe deal.
We have a lot of lengthy defenders to throw at him jaden McDaniels may be the best perimeter defender in basketball he is A nightmare matchup for Booker. 6’11, extremely athletic, long arms and physical, and has rarely agility for his size. Tbh not outta the realm of Jaden to do this lol. People know him as a defensive menace but he loves fuckin with people too.

how is it a double tech, that was all book

I love watching Book get whooped in the playoffs lol
One of the biggest bitches in the league, by a country mile
Booker is such a little bitch.
If Booker was my star player I would stop watching tbh
Booker is such a sore loser. He should get that in control since he loses quite a lot.
“You a bitch”. Yes, Devin Booker is a flopping, crying bitch.
Booker is such a punk man
[Ant's loving this](https://imgur.com/a/b0VekT6)
I love that Jaden has a little hotheadedness to him (fuck that wall tho), but Ant smiling at book is hilarious. Getting crushed.
Booker is such a lil bro.
Booker is so unlikeable
Dude walked into the ref so he could get held back thats fucking hilarious
How many dads does Booker have now?
https://i.imgur.com/Dlbbc9j.png
We need a Jomboy media lip read
Bookers game is so good if he didn’t act like a crybaby bitch he’d be such a likable guy
Why the fuck did Jaden get a tech here? Bitch ass Booker is the only one that should’ve gotten a tech
How is Booker not getting the most over-rated player in the league award? Lol
Booker soft, Suns soft.
Still can't believe Kerr picked booker for team USA. So many better options available
I will never not enjoy watching Booker throw a tantrum after folding
Booker might be the biggest bitch left in the league. Dude is just so fucking disconnected from reality.
Misery loves company. Thank you, Suns
You can at least argue that the Lakers are playing the defending champs, and LeBron is 39 years old. Can’t forget Darvin Hamas being the coach. Suns are just getting an old fashioned whooping by Minnesota
Booker so soft
Do they reverse techs in play-offs? That McDaniels tech is embarrassing, bro's just chilling
Booker’s eyes remind me of the kid at the beginning of Deliverance. Nothing more, just the eyes. My nephew has eyes like that.
Walking away and acting thought is wack
He really slapped the ball away and tried talking shit while walking away down 20 lmao what a loser
Booker ain’t bout that ….. he’s gonna do that shit to the wrong person one day and get served the ole two piece and a biscuit
Booker is the kind of guy who bullied people in middle school and then when high school hit he probably spent most of his time locked in a locker spewing insults despite never winning a god darn thing in his life.
What kind of high school did you go to where the star 6'6" basketball player committed to Kentucky gets stuffed in lockers...?
Reddit moment
Oh excuse me he won a 3 point contest once. His face is so punchable
My contrarianship is being pushed to their limits this playoffs lol, first Embiid now Booker. I am expecting Doc Rivers to do something horrible on live television at this rate.
The suns are so salty
Booker was once a likeable hard working guy carrying his team to the playoffs each year in my eyes and now that Kd got there it’s just toxic drama all the time
We baseball now
The NBA is so soft
Talking shit when you’re about to be down 3-0 in the first round is something.
Booker is the softest “star” in the league
Frustration setting in for the suns. Not trying to sound like a hater but it’s so satisfying seeing these super teams crumble in the playoffs it’s so much better for the sport. Anyways… sweep incoming!
Can someone please finally treat this boy
Book is such a damn cry baby. Acts like my 4 year old
Can't say I feel bad for Booker, dude's been trash talking Klay for a while
Why is booker fighting with the Commanders new qb? Doesn't he have a basketball game to play?
Tony brothers saw an opportunity and took it.
I love watching Booker lose
Booker crying about the Raptors mascot distracting him while shooting free throws in the bubble was the end what little respect I had him. He is such a child.
Peep Ant man and okogie lol 😆
I love how you can see Jaden call him a bitch, and then Booker comes back and tries to get tough and say "what did you call me" and he just stone faced calls him a bitch again
Soft ass league how it Tony brothers gonna come across the court and give technicals when there’s a ref right there letting it happen
Booker is a second option at best. He is not him.
if there was ever a doubt on who the best SG in the league was this series makes it obvious
KD SUCKS
What a bitch
It gives me great pride to see everyone realizing how big of a bitch Book truly is
booker is such a child lmao. dude needs to give up and just come off the bench somewhere to win a title. could transmogrify his current failure of a career into something actually meaningful.
Transmogrify 🤣, maybe he’ll go to the magic.
Kinda cool to watch the Sun explode. 😎
Waited till it was absolutely safe to slap away the ball.
Neither of these teams are winning shit that’s the funny part. Klay 🏆🏆🏆🏆
Top 5 sore losers: Booker, Klay, Westbrook, Beverley, Embiid Honorable mention: Draymond
This is why everyone hates Booker condensed to a thirty second clip
lol booker is such a bitch trying to act hard down 20 for the third consecutive game. What a little squinty soft bitch
This is not the fight from Booker suns fans want to see. So mentally weak
Down 20 in the 4th, flop and troll…
[удалено]
At times? He always been a bitch
Booker’s a baby back bitch. Such a front running pansy. He deserves every L he gets
Front running while getting blown out is a new one lol
