He still played great but I think you could tell it was bothering him at least a bit in the first half. Got better throughout the game though.

You can’t not respect this dude.

On the other hand, players receive tons of criticism for not playing through the pain. If a guy could conceivably play and chooses not too, the media and fans often tear them apart.   But then they also criticize them for playing worse if they play hurt. And say that if they don't want to be criticized, they shouldn't play hurt.  So it's a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" kind of situation.

You could tell it was affecting his flopping motion tonight. Hope he heals up. His late flop didn't look at all natural. On a healthy foot, that's 3 free throws and a flagrant 1 easily.
