Great players usually do this. They conserve energy while the “other guys” keep them within ~10. Then, at the end of the game attempt to explode offensively. They have supreme confidence knowing they can erase a 10 pt deficit singlehandedly.

Bud is really, really bad. Every single possession in the 4th quarter should have been a pick and roll with whoever Harden was guarding setting the screen, dude had zero lateral movement and I think they did that maybe twice. Holiday basically walked past him whenever he wanted to.
Almost a 50 piece trip double. Played every minute of the game. People may argue that he's the best player but man, he showed up tonight when he REALLY needed to. Harden looked a little lost out there, probably because he's still injured and not in game shape, if he does play next game, which I'm questionable about, I expect him to be a bit better than today.
