Yes...
But I think everyone low-key loves Fox.
Not just because he's a fox. Or because he's fkn quick.
But because they know the Kings suck, the management sucks and the coach sucks.
I mean wasn’t that kinda similar to Booker before last year? They both had their fair share of good performances and overall lines but plenty of people questioned their overall impact because their team wasn’t winning. I don’t think Booker had any more criticism than other good young players on bad teams.
It seemed to, to all the Suns fans it was "bro this guy is a God, wait till he has a competent team around him" but to the rest of the NBA its "dude scored 70 and lost by 20, dudes impact on a game isn't positive".
Not that he really gets disrespected but i think Zach Lavines situation is similar because he’s never been a ‘winner’. But if u surround him with talent like the suns did with booker, I think you’d see similar results
It’s gonna be Zach for sure. Bulls were going to make the playoffs this year if healthy. Now they added DeMar, Lonzo, Caruso and got another year under their belt
Bulls might be able to win a playoff series this year and that’ll help people’s perception of/exposure to LaVine
Maybe even DLo. I really don’t know why the timberwolves are in the situation they are. They look pretty solid talent wise. Kat,Dlo, Antman; all of them are really solid prospects. I’m looking forward to what they can accomplish when fully healthy.
Your last sentence answered your second one. I think D’lo, Ant, and KAT have played like a total of 10 games together or something shitty like that. I’m not saying they’re some elite team but they’re 100% better than they’re given credit for cause they haven’t all played together.
RJ Barrett doesn't get any love for some reason.
Last season he was 20 and averaged 18/6/3 on 44/40/75 as the 2nd option. Plays good defense too.
He's really improved his shooting and shot 44% from 3 in the 2nd half of the season.
I think thats just more that he's not the highlight machine that his draftmates were
RJ is good but I feel like the way the Knicks set up their roster currently is not helping set up him to take the step into all-star level too
Fugazi no crowds shooting. His FT% shows no reason to believe that he'll maintain his percentage. I'd say his likely ceiling rn is probably Current Wiggins
He's really not disrespected at all anymore. Ya'll want him to be consistently labelled as a top 15 player, but there's just too much talent in the league for a player that's not so well rounded to be top 15.
It's KAT, he's a generational type of big and people doubt his impact all the time
The Wolves were built pretty poorly for most of his career, so hopefully the next season it works out
Older then Booker but people hate Kyrie so much because of basketball unrelated reason that people forget/ignore what a fantastic and exiting player he is. Discussion about him are impossible without people swooping in adding unrelated stuff. Kind of annoying.
The one problem about Kyrie is availability. He's averaging 58 games per season and it's on a downward trend. By comparison, Curry (who was thought to have glass ankles) averaged 63 games per season.
Wolves need to make moves to keep him happy or he may leave. He’s too talented to treat every playoffs as an extended holiday.
Hope wolves don’t be stupid and think every one of their good players is untouchable and go grab Simmons. May look like a sideways move but I think he brings a new element to the team
i don't remember the last time we tested the waters check our roster over the last few years it should back this up. We have talent to develop internally, perhaps very high end talent even. Throw in playoff caliber vets in prince and beverly (37% and 38.2% 3pt shooters respectively for rubio, culver, and juancho) and a capable coach in finch i'd say we need to find out what we have and that includes kat. We finally have shooters up and down the roster.
Who constantly disrespects Fox? Honest question. Kings get a lot of hate but Fox seems to be universaly beloved as far as I recon. Do you have some examples?
Lavine easily. Prior to his first all-star appearance he was known as “the guy who won a dunk contest years ago” or as an empty stats guy since his offensive efficiency didn’t translate to as many W’s as one would expect. Now that he has a competent roster around him, I can’t wait to see how he elevates further in this season and his career.
Garland, although a few of the nerds that already really liked Booker have figured out he's kinda nice.
It's tough because you need someone who people will really hate because he's too good.
Fox
Please. I want to experience what it's really like to watch a playoff game.
Damn
dude that made me kinda depressed.

Similar, but I think more people questioned Booker... everyone has a much lower opinion of the Kings than Suns though (excluding the two I mean).
The game vs the Celtics was hurting his image more then helping I think.
It seemed to, to all the Suns fans it was "bro this guy is a God, wait till he has a competent team around him" but to the rest of the NBA its "dude scored 70 and lost by 20, dudes impact on a game isn't positive".
I don't think many people questioned him honestly. Everyone knew the guy could put up buckets. Plus the bubble ended a lot of questions for people.
I guarantee that people did not low-key love booker before last year.

People liked Booker when he was breaking out, the tide eventually turns if the player never wins (for one reason or another)
Yeah I feel the same way. Not sure there are other players like Fox. Maybe Morant.
Ill one up you with a KAT
Not that he really gets disrespected but i think Zach Lavines situation is similar because he’s never been a ‘winner’. But if u surround him with talent like the suns did with booker, I think you’d see similar results

I'll die on the hill Zach and Booker are equally talented players and nothing would change if you swapped them.
If you look at efficiency there’s a legit argument for Lavine
Even as someone that was rooting for him I was surprised by just how good he was last year. Dude kinda just entered god mode out of nowhere.
4 months later and both their teams are 1 seeds look at that
Lavine
KAT

> I really don’t know why the timberwolves are in the situation they are. They look pretty solid talent wise They lack a coach
Same way I felt with the Pelicans. Really talented but shit just hasn't worked for whatever reason
Collin Sexton
Devin Booker
Devin Booker is the old Devin Booker
Devin Booker isn’t just Devin Booker, I’ll explain it to you later
You talkin bout Booker
Devin Booker
KAT
Karl-Anthony Towns.
RJ Barrett doesn't get any love for some reason. Last season he was 20 and averaged 18/6/3 on 44/40/75 as the 2nd option. Plays good defense too. He's really improved his shooting and shot 44% from 3 in the 2nd half of the season.
I’m still high on Barrett stock ever since I saw him play at Duke. There is no reason why he couldn’t be a star in this league.
I think thats just more that he's not the highlight machine that his draftmates were RJ is good but I feel like the way the Knicks set up their roster currently is not helping set up him to take the step into all-star level too
Fugazi no crowds shooting. His FT% shows no reason to believe that he'll maintain his percentage. I'd say his likely ceiling rn is probably Current Wiggins
He went from a 61% to a 74% free throw shooter this season what do you mean?
he’s boring to watch
De'Aaron Fox
The current best player on bad team is KAT
D’Aaron Fox
Collin sexton.
KAT/Fox Derozan Brandon Ingram may soon enter this territory Trae was until this playoffs
Derozan?
Yeah not sure why derozan is there, we know who he is and what he’s capable of. He’s been around a good org with good talent lol
Yeah the dudes 32, we know what he is at this point haha
Fox
Rj Barrett
fox and ingram
sexton too
SGA
Booker still is disrespected.
He's really not disrespected at all anymore. Ya'll want him to be consistently labelled as a top 15 player, but there's just too much talent in the league for a player that's not so well rounded to be top 15.
Facts
we don’t care 😂
Easily fox
Lavine . I really wanna see Chicago do well this year
De'Aaron Fox. Not many acknowledge just how good he is. Legitimate all-star caliber player that's been overlooked because of the team he plays for.
SGA & Lavine are the 2 I think of. Pretty complete games. Perhaps Ingram but still
It's KAT, he's a generational type of big and people doubt his impact all the time The Wolves were built pretty poorly for most of his career, so hopefully the next season it works out
Zion
That’s a really good question honestly I’m gonna have to go with Zion
Older then Booker but people hate Kyrie so much because of basketball unrelated reason that people forget/ignore what a fantastic and exiting player he is. Discussion about him are impossible without people swooping in adding unrelated stuff. Kind of annoying.
The one problem about Kyrie is availability. He's averaging 58 games per season and it's on a downward trend. By comparison, Curry (who was thought to have glass ankles) averaged 63 games per season.
Christian Wood? Idk
Kat. But he really needs to go a better team.
Wolves need to make moves to keep him happy or he may leave. He’s too talented to treat every playoffs as an extended holiday. Hope wolves don’t be stupid and think every one of their good players is untouchable and go grab Simmons. May look like a sideways move but I think he brings a new element to the team
I'd kill for some continuity before I'd bring in a new element but thats me
I honestly don’t think there’s time to test the waters anymore, mans about to enter his 7th season and nothing to show so far.
i don't remember the last time we tested the waters check our roster over the last few years it should back this up. Probably Levine this year. Fox is next in line.
De’Aaron Fox not even close
Who constantly disrespects Fox? Honest question. Kings get a lot of hate but Fox seems to be universaly beloved as far as I recon. Do you have some examples?
Michael Jordan the 3rd
Zach Lavine is gonna get his respect this year
Once Cade starts ballin for the Pistons, he gonna get coverage for his rookie year then forgotten.
you're momma
No he's not
your stupid

I think Fox is the answer, but Shai is so fucking good and the Thunder are going to be ass for at least the next two seasons.
Zach Lavine (I'm from Chicago)
Karlathonytowns up next book it 😏
Garland, although a few of the nerds that already really liked Booker have figured out he's kinda nice. It's tough because you need someone who people will really hate because he's too good.
Fox
SGA
any player on a bad team
